Today I show you how to make a metal scroll bender. This homemade metal bender is used to bend scroll designs for making the metal grill. This diy metal scroll bender is very simple to make. This diy scroll bender has small pinion and big gear which is used to produce high torque while bending the metals. I used bike chain and a metal disc to make the big gear. This homemade metal bending machine is very small and compact in size. This scroll bender is a manual powered metal bender. This homemade metal scroll bender works very good and this metal bender is very powerful. I hope you will enjoy this making of metal scroll bender.

I'll preface this by saying : great work! Live the design, execution and editing. But when i read "simple diy" i don't think of a metal chop saw, drill press, welder, and lathe. Ya really just had me until the lathe

Unnecessary design the chain onto disc. just turn the tool 90 degrees put rotating handle on the back onto main drive shaft. job done
What ??? He saved himself making it smaller and less torque!!!
