  • Miller 325 EFI running poorly. Try the stupid O2 sensor. I will say Miller will support you in issues that you have. But I wish I didn’t have issues to begin with. Thanks Templeton Neptunist

We have 2 of the 2019 Trailblazer 325 EFI and 3 2020 models. They all have the boost options and all have the Kohler gas engines. They all have had go back to the shop. The common factor has something to do with the boost option. Hook up and boost a machine per manuals directions. After doing this few times they all have tried to weld through the boost connection. Once it happens the machine goes to a very low ideal with no codes. All 5 machines have done exactly the same thing. Mine has 17 hours on the machine. Used the boost 5 times. This happened week ago. I love how the machine welds! I just wish they would fix this problem.

@@russellwelding1990 i will have to get that part number on monday from our mechanic. Also i was told by a local welding shop that over filling them couses this issue because its a closed system i guess. But im not 100 on that. And they said after installing new 02 they have to be flashed or hooked up to computer to erase code but agien i dont knowbif i 100 beleave them but they are the experts. Message me agien on monday or give me a call. 530 624 6044
