OMG. When she put up the slide of "Programs and Diet Plans," I said - that is me. I've not done all those, but dang, a lot of those. I did Chef AJ's program, but ended up having life issues come up afterwards and I totally fell off the WFPB lifestyle. When that happened, my husband was so happy, because he had been totally not approving of me eating WFPB. So, yup. I started eating what he was eating, put the lbs back on. It freaked me out. I desperately tried Keto again, thinking I could drop the weight I'd gained. Well. No. I did not lose the weight. And I am so unhappy and not feeling the greatest. I'm back at Square One. So I tried the fat free with fruit and with starches and both ways had me not feeling well at all and never mentally stable. I went to an all raw cruciferous veggies and flax oil high omega three high water intake per Dr Brooke Goldman and I immediately began to feel amazing . Her protocol is low in fruit and the only fats are flax and chia and hemp and avocado and olives…. And all raw … I literally cannot do no fats because my body needs the omega three desperately from being vegan for 35 years I felt something was missing and instead of going back to eating fish I tried the flax oil and it was what I needed desperately…. I used to eat a lot of salmon when desperately and this oil actually helps you lose weight …

Hello, I'm new here and currently looking for the best Almond Milk I can buy in a store or online for my smoothies. I've use lactose free, skim milk for the longest time, but I feel like I need to make the switch to help with abdominal fat (tough to lose). Trouble is, I've been searching for ages and can only see low percentage of almonds and added stuff. I just want almonds and water. Please help. I'm in Australia. Thank you for this channel. Hi, unfortunately, I don't know what products are sold in Australia, but I would look for some that just have two ingredients, almonds and water. You might also consider making your own. @clararomero1004 You can eat unhealthy vegan by eating high fat, sugar, salt, and processed foods. So eating french fries and pizza even if it's vegan will make you sick.
I think she is to thin. If someone gets sick like AJ then alittle extra weight might do them well, when dealing with treatments and etc.....My mom was super thin, and when she got COPD, really sick, she struggled and was as thin as a young child before passing away.

Avocado is a healthy fat. As a vegan, you can still take a vegan omega 3 with polyphenols.
