I’m kinda glad they didn’t include it, having this scene would kinda reduce the impact of riddler’s interrogation scene, I also can’t really see Batman going to another inmate for insight
also because it would ruin the surprise ending of Joker also being in Arkham, but the fact that they still finished the scene and released it online means it still counts, it's just released as sort of like a bonus
