1:00 Yes, you do actually get figures with the 20mm version. You get a driver who sits inside and a standing commander with binoculars who is supposed to be sticking out of the vehicle. Unfortunately, the 20mm either does not have the wheels and tracks as one piece or I just didn't use them when building, but I remember it being very painful to put it together especially since the tracks were individual pieces.
Thanks for this review. I like the wheels and tracks done that way. Airfix, Trumpeter and Zvezda also do some that way but on 1/72 tanks. Sure shortens the build time. I have Hataka SU-34 Fullback paint set. Absolutely no problems with them.
