This live stream was genuinely so frustrating to watch. I love lud but he was being so stupid. He was locked onto this boat thing for like an entire hour and clearly had no prior knowledge. He was pausing constantly, missing points, not letting the video explain shit too. If he had watched the video first then talked to dawson it would have been better.

Ludwig's questions require him to break his NDA by just making claims without using any public info which is the reason the only thing he can really say is to go watch the video. Think of it this way, it's like the interviewer asking the author why the the main character died at the end, when he didn't read the book which explained why. The problem with this is that if he answers, he is going to spoil the book and summarize it, which if he does, nobody is gonna buy it.

You also have your 'frat house/stupid' streamers who make a crazy amount of money like Kai Cenat, XQC, IShowSpeed, etc. who, despite being brands, don't have the self control or corporate tone. Problem with people like Mr. Beast, Ludwig, Pokimane, etc. is that they're terrible actors and not intelligent enough to sell the mature/rational personas they often try and put out. What's concerning is how so many people don't seem to see it. I legitimately do not understand how people can watch and enjoy someone who has a very obviously sterilized and corporate presentation. Do people not see it? Are they believing these people are genuine? Or do they just not care? I never got it.
What I see from a lot of these older, already successful Content Creators (not all) is that they are kind of keeping in line with each other. It's like what Dawson's video eluded too, with both the Law of Reciprocity' and Blackmail Inflation, once they're committed to standing together it locks them together. To me that's more dangerous from a viewer's perspective and what makes them even more untrustworthy. I can't help but be reminded of Hollywood. Where this is how that starts. Having totally horrific things happening because everybody lies and covers for each other. This is how that starts with "The Law of Reciprocity' and how quickly things get out of hand; which could lead to countless people being taken advantage of.
Content creators are essentially in a 'maximize profit' window where they only have a couple of years where they can earn millions before that money dries up due to them stepping away (voluntarily), are cancelled/exiled or lose their relevance as their audience moves on to another creator and/or stops watching. Most of the big creators we know won't be around in 5-10 years for one of these 3 reasons. All the big content creators know its an unstable BUT highly profitable gig so they will do anything to maximize their profit, and that includes collaborating together to protect oneanother so their ability to collect money isn't affected. People going after MrBeast isnt good not just because working with him generates them income, but because this can cause avalanche effect where people/viewers decide to criticise them which can potentially lower their popularity/relevance or in an extreme case end their career prematurely if something terrible is found out about them.
Yeah, RUclips has completely changed now, it's not mainstream and something like Hollywood. I remember 10 to 15 years ago when it was just normal dudes making videos. That era has finished

Ludwig had a hostile body language the whole conversation, starting the conversation with basically saying, "You don't know me; I'm not your friend," also trying to show dominance by saying, "I was an athlete." He kept asking him about the yacht, saying, "But you knew about the yacht," however we can see in his video that that's an assumption; he was trying to get him to say, "Yes, I knew about the yacht," which would break the NDA. It makes sense why he called him controlled opposition. Ludwig is not impartial to the situation because he was in one of the videos, and they probably slept on the yacht; that's why he was hyperfocused on that statement.

Ludwig doesn't have to be in cahoots with Mr. Beast to serve Mr. Beast. It's in Ludwigs best interest to squash someone like Dogpack, because if someone as beloved as Mr. Beast can fall from grace so can Ludwig. Ludwig saw it as a joke interview, cause dogpack was treating it like one. I highly doubt that ludwig purposely tried making him break his NDA, or is some super defender of mrbeast cause he was in a video or 2. He's just a dude, with his own thoughts and opinions, who just so happens to share them online. It's not that deep.

How I know is because I saw some drama video either made by turkey tom or internet anarchist about Ludwig. it turns out he gained his popularity through one of Mr. Beasts video. good video overall, though wrong on him taking psychedelics because I watched him in an interview and talk about how they have negative affects on him which is why he refuses to take them. you're doing pretty good as a reporter but I notice you're information on the subject is limited, I'd advise watching some interviews. Other than that you did great in trying to remain as fair as possible; but remember saying that both sides are bad doesn't always mean you're a moderate it's dismissive (which you were not). He didn't gain popularity through one of mr beasts video's at all, he had millions of subs already and had been one of the top live streamers for years before he had was in a mr beast video.
He did he used one of Mr beasts scrapped video and posted it on his channel which was is his most viewed video but idk if it is now (be sure to take my judgement with a grain of salt and check for yourselves)
The only question he actually asked about the video was about the boat. Literally only one question. One fucking question that was one of the least important points in the video so far. Every other question was about dogpack as a person and employee of Mr.Beast. Ludwig 100% was trying to set him up by sticking on the boat topic. He learned he couldnt answer that and then kept asking and rephrasing it. Basically was like 'ok so if he answers this mr beast wins, ill just keep asking then"
I actually thought Ludwig mostly seemed sincere and dogpack was a bit unnecessarily mean and accusatory sometimes like you are a theater kid and have you been diagnosed with anything. I did think Ludwig should have understood the part where dogpack said he has not monetized his videos.

He knows they were on a yacht because he worked on the video, but because he showed proof there was nobody on the raft, they can't be anywhere else than on a yacht or other kind of ship.

You also have your 'frat house/stupid' streamers who make a crazy amount of money like Kai Cenat, XQC, IShowSpeed, etc. who, despite being brands, don't have the self control or corporate tone.
Problem with people like Mr. Beast, Ludwig, Pokimane, etc. is that they're terrible actors and not intelligent enough to sell the mature/rational personas they often try and put out. What's concerning is how so many people don't seem to see it. I legitimately do not understand how people can watch and enjoy someone who has a very obviously sterilized and corporate presentation. Do people not see it? Are they believing these people are genuine? Or do they just not care? I never got it.

What I see from a lot of these older, already successful Content Creators (not all) is that they are kind of keeping in line with each other. It's like what Dawson's video eluded too, with both the Law of Reciprocity' and Blackmail Inflation, once they're committed to standing together it locks them together. To me that's more dangerous from a viewer's perspective and what makes them even more untrustworthy.
I can't help but be reminded of Hollywood. Where this is how that starts. Having totally horrific things happening because everybody lies and covers for each other. This is how that starts with "The Law of Reciprocity' and how quickly things get out of hand; which could lead to countless people being taken advantage of.
Content creators are essentially in a 'maximize profit' window where they only have a couple of years where they can earn millions before that money dries up due to them stepping away (voluntarily), are cancelled/exiled or lose their relevance as their audience moves on to another creator and/or stops watching. Most of the big creators we know won't be around in 5-10 years for one of these 3 reasons.
All the big content creators know its an unstable BUT highly profitable gig so they will do anything to maximize their profit, and that includes collaborating together to protect oneanother so their ability to collect money isn't affected. People going after MrBeast isnt good not just because working with him generates them income, but because this can cause avalanche effect where people/viewers decide to criticise them which can potentially lower their popularity/relevance or in an extreme case end their career prematurely if something terrible is found out about them.
Yeah, RUclips has completely changed now, it's not mainstream and something like Hollywood. I remember 10 to 15 years ago when it was just normal dudes making videos. That era has finished
100% and those "expose videos" too like it always depends who gets exposed after that line creators react (or not react) extremely different. Ludwig had a hostile body language the whole conversation, starting the conversation with basically saying, "You don't know me; I'm not your friend," also trying to show dominance by saying, "I was an athlete." He kept asking him about the yacht, saying, "But you knew about the yacht," however we can see in his video that that's an assumption; he was trying to get him to say, "Yes, I knew about the yacht," which would break the NDA. It makes sense why he called him controlled opposition. Ludwig is not impartial to the situation because he was in one of the videos, and they probably slept on the yacht; that's why he was hyperfocused on that statement.
After all, he didn't even attempt to finish Dogpack's video according to Quintheo.

It's in Ludwigs best interest to squash someone like Dogpack, because if someone as beloved as Mr. Beast can fall from grace so can Ludwig. It was a bad interview, both sides got annoyed at eachother, it shouldn't have happened on either side. He didn't gain popularity through one of mr beasts video's at all, he had millions of subs already and had been one of the top live streamers for years before he had was in a mr beast video.
He did he used one of Mr beasts scrapped video and posted it on his channel which was is his most viewed video but idk if it is now (be sure to take my judgement with a grain of salt and check for yourselves)
The only question he actually asked about the video was about the boat. Literally only one question. One fucking question that was one of the least important points in the video so far.
Every other question was about dogpack as a person and employee of Mr.Beast. Ludwig 100% was trying to set him up by sticking on the boat topic.
