Arex Delta M Gen 2 - An affordable Glock alternative?

Is the 9mm Arex Delta M Gen 2 an affordable alternative to a Glock? And what improvements over the original Arex Delta?

I carried my Gen 4 Glock 22 FDE for a couple days. I fell in love with it again! I do have the New Beretta APX Tactical that I need to take to the Range for the first time. I also have my HK USP pistols to shoot Summer of 2023. I just do not love many plastic frame handguns.

I have a Arex Delta M Gen 2 for my EDC/CCW in a Fanny Pack from 511. I must say even though my Taurus PT92 is my prefered and favorite Handgun of Choice. I feel I did not go wrong with my Arex Delta M in terms of Dependablity, Accuracy and Value.
Plus being able to have two 15 round magazines in my Fanny pack along with one in my Arex makes the capacity to carry ammo great.
All in all the Arex Delta Gen 2 Models are a great value for what you get.

That is an m slide on an X grip module. Since they are modular you can change modules. The M is a 15+1 flush mag and. 17+1(15 round mag with a plus2 base) the L and X frames are 17+1 and 19+1( 17 round with +2 base) i have the M. Its more like a glock 48 than a 19. It has same dimensions as a 48 but with a 1913 rail.

That is a nice amount to save over a Glock. To get the pistol, spare mags, ammo and some range time/training for what you need to spend on the Glock alone…it is a solid alternative to have. I will stick with Glock…but great to have options for all buyers. Cheers!

Nothing is better than glock unless you dont like doing your owen framework than arex killer choice i like the thumb ledge .

I carried a Glock of one model or another for the final 24 years of my LE career and they served me well. But I've found that while Glock seems to rest on its laurels, many other guns have surpassed Glock for ergonomics and features, often at a better price point. Thanks for watching and commenting.

@Rider's-Range yeah you shouldn't have to do so much work right out of the box with glock to a new shooter or one that dosnt know glock aftermarket definitely would do way better buying a gun like rex delta or shadow systems I just make my glocks better and that's ware if you got a little skill you can make such a sweet glock .

Glock seems to be stuck in tradition and "what works for the masses". I change the sights and trigger on virtually every Glock I own. I haven't had to do that with many other guns.

FDE prob stands for Flat Desert Earth since it's the color of the desert.
