It’ll randomly come out but this is also a guaranteed way to cause it. I’ve never had it happen randomly to me so this is the only way I can get it to happen.

You can try the lowest fps and then increase it to the highest but its likely that it won't work.

It actually has an infinite time. Only way to remove it is to quit and reload the game :)
