Our VRF Grab Bags (GB) videos are compiled from content from our cameras as Mods and fans spot something neat while watching our cameras. In the GB you will, of course, find a variety of TRAIN content, special trains, maintenance, steam, diesels, interesting rail cars, cool paint schemes and more. You will also find fun people, city events, boats, planes, cars (sometimes going wild) and nature. Thank you for taking the time to sit back and enjoy these highlight reels that we call "Grab Bags"!
Wow! Excellent catching all the trains in multiple locations, especially the Heritage Units, and so much more, I like them, they're awesome, @Virtual Railfan, thank you very much and have a nice day.
Glad to see young people interested in trains!!!
Wonderful following on the crop duster, john stafford did a grand job.
Good to see Yreka Western again, I like the Flying Goose Logo.
Mostly, Executive SD70MAC 9469 at Decatur (12:40) I thought she looked very smart and well turned-out, which was heartening to see - thanks VRF.
Cool!, I saw 2745 with the federal railroad administration inspection train at Atwood Street, Longmont, Colorado 3 weeks ago. 😊
I recall seeing Yreka boxcars here in Saint John. The railroad scene has changed since the seventies. great catches.

A moon on a Grab Bag Friday is quite amazing. 👍
Excellent content. Thank you.
Starting off the grab bag with multiple heritage units.😁👍
It was nice to see Pere Marquette again, Hesperia and Skykomish are always enjoyable, the deer and the heron were beautiful (though I wish you hadn't speeded them up because they were so serene), and the horse-drawn wagon in Burlington was interesting. All that and a beautiful moonset in Fort Madison added up to another great one!
Some good footage and meets, nice catch on the RF&P high hood engine!🛤🚂
No complaints always fun!
Loved VRF Thanks ❤

Thank god for old railcars. ❤
Good Grab Bag
*Awesome Video*
Looks like that Western Maryland locomotive is back from its Georgia vacation.
5:00 I saw a Feberal Railroad Aministration truck while on my way to work near Columbus, MN. BTW @VirtualRailfan, I do have a new camera location suggestion: Try out Fridley, MN.
You have to suggest a new camera site on their website.
That little airplane was probably taking a break from his journey to Oshkosh, WI and the annual Experimental Aircraft Association 'Airventure' fly-in convention, a VERY BIG deal among flying enthusiasta.
Not first but early...and good stuff as always
RJ Corman engines look like they have mustaches on fhe front of tbe engine. 😂
5:37, There's a BNSF SD70ace pulling two Amtrak cars!
9:45 That's what happens when you don't dog the hatches.........
Please show more freight trains in San Juan Capistrano CA. Thank you! 😊
18:12 It sure looks like there must be some dangerous defect with the Siemens Chargers to have two GE P42s at the head end.
Would love to see video out of Jacksonville , Fl. Beaver Street tracks. Or US 17 Tracks.
I'm sure that for train out
A conductor with a trainee 😤 and it isn't me
The CSX OCS lost a car from the last time it was seen here.
Whenever it operates the CSX OCS adds or deletes cars from their fleet as necessary for the requirements of that specific trip.
@@kennethhanks6712 I'm trying to figure out if the three F40s just stay together all the time, or if they schedule the power as needed. When I worked there, they were all about not using any more units in a train than necessary, and you don't need 9K hp for 5 or 6 coaches.
I see an Air Tractor
Anyone have any info on RF&P 101?
Unfortunately you skipped over the part where the CSX Theater car honks for the cam smh
First
Takes 4 engines to pull a passenger train, sad
Moving Power where it’s Needed. 🤪👎
Not quite. That was a Charger delivery, fresh out of California. The Chargers were deadheading while the P42s powered the train.
Guys sad news R.I.P Bob Newhart he passed away yesterday.🕊️🕊️🕊️😢😭💐🌹🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
