I was onsite today and noticed the e330AC LCD panel was displaying a message, "Close the Document Feeder". The Doc Feeder was clearly closed. With the help of a co-worker, we determined that on the ADF Top cover, when opened, near the back of the copier, is a black plastic projection that inserts itself into and depresses a sensor below the ADF deck. Somehow the black plastic projection got bent out of shape. I reformed it with my finger and pointed out the same to the customer in case it happens again.
