I love Jay's videos besides one part. 26.2k subs, 182 likes, 2508 views. Its BS these are the best made, informational videos on youtube about fishing with monster fish. I love uncut, I really do, but the quality of these videos are way better.
I'm so disappointed....... I'm so disappointed that I can't like this video more than 1 time. Getting it done. Show everyone how to do it. Thank you Jay, for the best content. Keep it up
Awesome video... Loved it... I've fished a cpl days in my life , cold , & very snowy days... Crushed the walleyes... Died hard walleye fisherman 4 sure...
Glad you highlighted the invasive species problem. Seriously. Here in Saskatchewan, ignorant people from out of province have been stopped right at the dock as they were getting ready to launch because they had totally obvious zebra mussels on their boat but didn't disinfect their rig and fishing gear before or as they entered the province as they should have. During a holiday in Manitoba a couple summers ago, I rented a canoe from MEC. When I fished in the Red River, I always took it to the nearest sanitation station and had everything disinfected... canoe (inside and out), paddles, landing net, stringer, rods/reels, outside of tackle box, my rubber boots... everything that touched Red River water or mud because the larvae are microscopic. I gave the inspection certificates to MEC when I returned the canoe so they new it was clean. Aquatic invasive species are no joke. We all have to take personal responsibility to control and prevent their spread. www.saskatchewan.ca/government/news-and-media/2017/june/27/watercraft-inspections www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/environment-public-health-and-safety/wildlife-issues/invasive-species/aquatic-invasive-species-prevention-program www.startribune.com/lakes-with-zebra-mussels-are-goners-lock-the-trouble-there/422144543/ globalnews.ca/news/2269026/zebra-mussels-cost-canadians-billions-each-year-cost-to-manitobans-still-unknown/ Some history: discovermagazine.com/2017/oct/the-great-takeover
Wow! Talk about guts! This is true hardcore walleye fishing. 99% of fisherman would blow this day off. It sure paid off for you and probably no regrets even if you lost a finger or toe to frostbite lol! I’m watching this in +35 degree celcius weather and I feel cold. Thanks for the video!!!!
My first and unfortunately only walleye was a gorgeous 26" greenback bankfishing the red river (breezy point) im hoping to catch another later today 🤞. Good ole manitoba boys -3 pffff tis just a bit nippy. Tight lines guys...awesome vids
I lived in Wawanesa for a few years and fished the Souris River mostly for Catfish and Pelican Lake for Walleye, which are a dark green hue, wished I had the chance to catch the Greenbacks of the Red River and Winnipeg River for the kind of monsters you feature in this video, I'll be back,...someday!!
4:48 I was fishing that spot in the Winnipeg River Greenback Championship, caught two 26 inchers there just on a jig and frozen shiner. Caught a 28 incher that was 9.67 lbs and a 27 that was 9.25 pounds on the mudflat spots as well, first time there.
Awesome Tour Jay, great info specially in this one!! All these years and I’ve never fished in pine falls myself either, next year it is!! Thanks and don’t wait to long for ice vids.. 😉☺️
Each trip out is getting a little harder to handle but hopefully, we can get out on the boat 2 or 3 more times before I have to pack my boat up. Great vid Jay those walleyes look plenty big from over here in Ontario!
Dude! I produce videos and fish... APPLAUSE for the efforts you put into both, I know how tough fishing can be in November (cold and miserable but also awesome bytes) but to film in those conditions... WOW.. Thanks for sharing!
Great preview of fall walleye fishing. Expert advice for young anglers. If you listen to the important tip that was repeated , “use a good quality hook”. I stopped using fine wire jigs years ago because they are not suitable for this type of fishing . Larger fish will straighten out lighter hooks. Barbless hooks work fine and makes it easy to release fish, but you have to have a good quality hook. A good quality barbless hook is far superior to a cheaper barbed hook! The guide repeated that you must use a good hook which Seems like a small detail but it’s not.
Yes yes yes yes yes another jay siemins vid I wish Simms wasn’t so expensive but love the content man the best out there love to go fishing with u some time
You guys are CRA-ZY (in a good way)!!! I must be honest, I was really happy enjoy that fishing day from my heated house! Those green back are gorgeous! Maybe one day...
Amazing! I couldn’t imagine catching fish while snow built up in the boat. Given, I live in Tennessee and if there is snow on the ground, people don’t think about going fishing lol another awesome film, Jay!
Amazing looking fish! I think that's going on my list of places to fish! I might pick warmer weather though... I'd definitely be the guy crying he was cold all day lol
Atta be jay! Always get a kick out of your content! Keep it coming What is the plan for worst case scenario for the boat launch? Use a come along? Kitty litter? Tire chains?
First fish caught on the second day at around the 16 minute mark had a red spot behind the peck fin. Would that have been from a lamprey, leech or something else?
Those green fish are almost as crazy and having snow drifts in the boat!
This the one where I knew this guys is the real one !
"guys I wish we had some secret technique but we don't" amazing quote Jay! Nice fish!
Those are the coolest looking Walleye 👍

Thanks for sharing Jay!!
Awesome, from S.W Missouri, thanks !!
Makes me wanna get out fishing soon!
hey hey Pine Falls. I use to travel through on my way out to Bissett. Nice little town.
Well done Jay!
Good to see someone still using a real fishing boat.
💪💪💪
Your Outro Is awesome, Face SO frozen!
Hahaha oh man, it was painful.
Curious on the info on those jigs you were showing. Weight brand etc. Great videos as always Jay!
Amazing looking fish! I think that's going on my list of places to fish! I might pick warmer weather though... I'd definitely be the guy crying he was cold all day lol
I thought I was going to be crazy for going fishing in the snow but you've got it locked in for crazy. Lol
gorgeous fish...
🙏
What about the boat motor freezing up on drive back? I’d worry about freezing the impeller. In Alaska I’d have winterized my boat by the first freeze.
Awesome video!
Atta be jay! Always get a kick out of your content! Keep it coming
What is the plan for worst case scenario for the boat launch?
Use a come along? Kitty litter? Tire chains?
I have to admit I've never seen a walleye like that one at 8:10. Not seeing the black bands, and the odd bluish coloring isn't what I expect.
Beauty greenbacks 👍🏼
This guy is a beast to be out in a boat and covered in ice
💪💪💪💪💪
First fish caught on the second day at around the 16 minute mark had a red spot behind the peck fin. Would that have been from a lamprey, leech or something else?
Yeah, definitely could have been from a lamprey.
So the wind pushes the current and you want to be fishing in the current, or on its edge???
Alumacraft=great fishing boat
Those fish look iridescent. Awesome.
Great video Jay, as always! Is Johnny a #TeamCutCheeks member??
I know you have ice. Ice videos!
You and your freind should have a fishing battle:Beard vs No beard! LOL
Your great jay! I don’t complement most dumb fishing shows. How on earth did you get those drone shots in that weather?
Insane
❤️
I don’t have a boat😭. How is shore fishing in Pine Falls?
Good shit jay
❤️❤️❤️
Lol fish lake Diefenbaker lol if u do good luck with the waves
Dang, dat green doeeeee
There is only one other person I wish was my best friend other than jay, Steve!
It's all the phosphates in the water turning them green.
I thought Walleyes in Canada were Pickerel. Is it different in Manitoba ?
Correct term is walleye across North America. People just incorrectly call them pickerel
That's crazy... never seen eyes that are greenish blue.
So unique! Thanks for watching!
Where is the link to clean your boat?
on average what size boat is recommended? i have a alumacraft 165
165 would be fine! Just make sure to watch the wind.
Been a long time but first
Just imagine if you could still boat from lake Winnipeg to Kendra.
