Hi,
I have a problem with my car e46 Touring 330d 2003, normally when I press the key it never works and does not lock or unlock the car, but when I lock the car with the key the warning lights start working after about 15 minutes and then I press open the car with the remote control and it works and I start the engine then turn off the engine and try to lock the car with the remote control it does not work, do you have any explanation for this if the problem is from EWS4.3 or something else

hi sir ,as i know in this case you have no key to clone info frome that and copy on a new chip and thats why you extract the immo info from eprom . is that right,please corect me if i 've got misunderstood.

I think you need to write again the file in EPROM again because you used the saved file after using it you need to write back in

Hi. This is EWS, not CAS, so we do not save the file with the new key to the processor. In CAS, you need to save a new key position to the processor. Regards.

Is the EWS information written to the key? I never saw you write anything back to the EWS module after you wrote key #9. How does the EWS module know about key #9?
