- Hey y'all! It is DAY 6 of our 777 CHAKRA CHALLENGE. Today's focus is the THIRD EYE CHAKRA. The Third Eye Chakra's function is seeing & intuition. If you're just joining in, here's a little bit more about the challenge:
The practices are 7-8 minutes, with a 5-6 minute flow, & a 1-2 minute Savasana. Since the videos are so short, I move at a somewhat swift pace, so if you don't really like that feel free to follow along with us by using my other Chakra videos. The videos will upload each day starting on the 7th, and will work from the Root Chakra up to the Crown Chakra. Each day is a different Chakra and there are 7 main Chakras so it works out perfectly. You can do them at any time of day, but I notice I'm better about getting my yoga in if I do it first thing in the morning & since the videos are so short, they'll be perfect to squeeze in during your morning routine.
