Get Lean By Walking

  • When we watch RUclips, TikTok, Instagram etc... for fitness advice we often are exposed to insanely complex and intimidating workouts that are supposed to get us ripped and lean. But what if I told you that leaning out and getting the most out of your physique could be as easy as walking every day?

    I have noticed that walking and being in a calorie deficit is a lot better than running or sprinting. I did it for a while, walking and being in a caloric deficit, and have noticed a significant change.

      That's awesome to hear! Running can be great too, but I found it can get in the way of weightlifting because it leaves my legs destroyed, whereas walking is very good for recovering the muscle. Keep up the good work!!
