One of the founding worlds of the Galactic Republic, Corellia nonetheless prides itself on its independence. Some of the finest starships in the galaxy are made on Corellia, along with their daring pilots-men and women looking to explore, to trade or just stay ahead of the law. The cities, like the people, are distinctly Corellian, incorporating the natural landscape into their design a heavy manufacturing base.
The Corellian government recently agreed to turn over power to the Sith Empire. This has resulted in riots in the streets and open revolution despite Imperial claims of legitimacy, and the capital of Coronet City has become a battlefield.

Actually, in the old EU, Corellia was not only a founding planet of the Republic. But Corellia also had it's own empire at this time. The Corellian Empire lasted from about 25,200 to about 312 BBY

I swear I hear 'Taps' in the background whenever I'm here, but that could be just me.
Corellia is simply gorgeous in the game, the landscape and the designs are outstanding, it has its own unique ambience, reminds me of real life industrial cities that have many malls, plazas, skyrise and small green parks. Shame in Disney era they portray Corellia as basically a grey gritty imperial ship factory, I think in old canon it's meant to be some sort of space ideal living city as shown in SWTOR.

To be fair, those two time periods took place like 3,500 years apart and the Empire did uproot, destroy, and bring all around scantiness to several planets... I wouldn't put that beyond them
My headcanon is that mismanagement over 3600 years turned Corellia from a pristine secondary gemstone of the Republic, nearly as bright as Coruscant, into a decayed industrial hellhole. Still, while Solo was fun in its own way, I really wanted to see Corellia like it was here and the "Legends" continuity. To me, this is the real Corellia. Wish this game had free flying akin to WoW, it would be awesome to drive a speeder among the towers.
Disney doesn't really understand the core themes of Star Wars, let alone the message that people were trying to tell with different cultures and locales.

It's some kind of variation on pieces of music. No specific title or Ost. Are all original recordings from the game ^^

@@botondpallos8703 If you listen to the official Corellia soundtrack, this part is at the very end. For the most part, ambient tracks for the game are just slowed-down versions of the main themes.
