I remember when Charlie was a kitten! (We adopted one who is about to turn two soon as well, and it feels like it was just last week he was small enough to fit in a hand... it's frightening how they grow!)
They grow SO fast!!! All of her baby pictures are showing up in my memories now and I can't believe how tiny she was!

Well, ok Shelly - that serum/tint/foundation/whatever it is is nice! I haven't liked a Revlon base product since the Candid series of foundations, and concealers. I've been mad at Revlon ever since they discontinued the line as well as the New Complexion cream foundation. And Ziva is truly a wonder kitty - you can't buy that kind of love and devotion, so the expense of the food does not matter. I'd love to have a printable version of a makeup brush matrix - while plenty of YTers have been talking about brushes recently, no one has offered this type of help for those of us who need a little help with this! So thank you for your time and energy - this was a most enjoyable video!
No idea why they discontinued the Candid foundation. I loved it as well 😭
I was so bummed that Candid went away. That was probably my all time favorite from them. I loved my hair when I reviewed that one, too lol!

I appreciate this review!! Revlon illuminance foundation is one of my favorites. So I might try this serum tint also. Right now I'm loving the fenty eaze drop blur tint. I got a sample from Sephora and I fell in love. It's got great coverage and yet doesn't settle into my fine lines (I'm 44). I do a few sprays of mac fix plus during my makeup application so for whatever that's worth. I love a very dewey look so I use the Mac alot lol Your video today has me inspired to get out my cloud 9 palette. I've only used it once. So I'm going to play with makeup now lol Have a good day!!

I recently purchased the Colorstay Oily/ Combo version. It’s SO good. I’d always bought the Dry version until Julie Dawn Olson said the Oily/ Combo is better. She’s so right.

I was already thinking about getting this, and after this review, I definitely need to get my hands on it! I am almost 38yo and I know it's not that old, but my skin just looks cakey and flaky if I don't wear hydrating enough products. By the way, I miss the red hair ❤ and I could hear beautiful Ziva purring! 😍
Hi Shelley this looks really nice on you. I’m good for foundation at present due to having three in rotation- for someone like me who struggles to get a shade match in anything and also works on dry skin that’s AMAZING 😂. Currently loving the reformulated Dior F&B (50mls for the price paid btw)
Mac F&B I just replaced as I am at the bottom of the bottle (another 50ml)
Givenchy glow foundation- really pretty and works great for me in the warmer weather
Foundation is where I will spend a chunk of my makeup budget. Colour products can be bought at more affordable price points and trends come and go there. Having a great base makes any other products look far better on anyway. Best wishes x

I have the foundation in the Illuminance line and they made the shades using the same number system as this serum tint line. It too has a nice, smooth but natural finish on the skin. They are a bit pricey so I bought mine at Walmart which sells it for a few bucks less. 🙂
This is not bad at all. The shade range and how it wore on you, it really looks good. How do you compare this to the WnW skin tint?

Hi Shelly, what’s your projects for your weekend? Oh, how are you doing and how is Zeeva doing since your’s and her loss? Have been thinking of ya lady. Makeup look is really pretty. It’s amazing how natural light really makes a difference. Aww, I do miss having an indoor cat, but sure don’t miss the Liter Box ; 2-3/day cleaning. My Siamese would come and get me after she pooped to clean it out or she wouldn’t get back in it. lol. Now, when working, she would if she really had to go, but hated it. My furr baby if a tiny toy poodle. Phoebe and o word, she is my shadow. Thank you for giving Zeeva or is it Zeeba? The spot light for a few. She’s so cute and curious. 😊

Loved the Revlon lllumance Foundation! I heard you mention your skincare line. Anything for sebhorreic dermatitis sufferers like myself? Love you channel and miss the red/burgundy hair!
I try to keep my handmade skin care as few ingredients as reasonable and no added fragrance for anything facial.
Just purchased this in the same shade (my skin is identical to yours, albeit 25 years older) and loved everything about it with one major exception: although no fragrance is listed this stuff is strongly scented and the odor doesn’t fade at all. What?! Such a shame because it looks and applies and lasts great.
I have tried the Revlon Illuminance foundation, pretty darn good. I probably would prefer the tint I think. Love your cats❤❤❤ do you know a drugstore dupe for Jones Road. WTF? LOVE that stuff, but pricey:)

The WnW is a little bit more coverage - very similar in the finish. I just ordered the new one from WnW so we'll see how that one does!

The Nars tinted moisturizer which I’ve used for a long time is $46 for 1.9 ounces, which works out to $24.21 per ounce,
and the SPF is 30.
I will stick with Nars! This
Revlon product will phase out in a couple years just like they always do.
I like this serum tint except I find it not very spreadable. I like more slip. That said, it’s pretty good!
Hi Shelly! Can you tell me if both this tint and their illuminance foundation are equally good with pore and blurring? Or if one does a better job than the other?
Illuminance is a smidge more blurring on me but I've been wearing a whole lot of the tint lately and I really enjoy it too!
If you put a drop of moisturizing eye drops into the mascara you can get 3-5+ more wears.

How does this differ from the Revlon Illuminance skin caring foundation? I find the foundation to be light to medium coverage. In fact, I mix it in my Estée Lauder DW foundation.
This is a bit lighter coverage, where the Skin Caring is more buildable. Very similar in finish.
If you had to choose one option for someone with dry skin and texture who keeps their makeup routine very simple, which would you choose: this or the Wet n Wild Tinted Hydrator??
I think I'd go with the Wet n Wild mainly because it's a bit more flexible with the coverage - as in, easier to sheer out or build up (like I think it can get more sheer and more opaque than the Revlon, if that makes sense).

This has fragrance, denatured alcohol and sea salt. It might irritate sensitive skin, which wouldn't be good for pigmentation over time.

Have u tried the Good Molecules Niacinimide Toner? I been using it and my pores have shrank so much on my chin and nose it’s incredible!!! So is the Vegreen Mucin Serum!!!! Incredible plumping moisture!!! No forehead lines good!!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
I have used it in the past but haven't since my Curology bottle has niacinamide in it. It's good stuff!
