Yes but keep in mind that this was recorded directly off the board......So it will be different than what everyone is hearing out front. And Johnny is harmonizing, he's not supposed to be in the same key as Aaron is. He is singing 1/3rd higher which is right where he needs to be.
thats not true... even though he's a third higher... that third is still part of the key... your either in the key or ur not... there's no in between.... and also what other people would hear is johnny singing the right note as opposed to a note that is flat in relative to the key... so the backup vocals in the monitor should be louder... not necessarily in the speakers... but the band should hear louder backup vocals so that its clear whether he's on pitch or not
