I love the adorably cute teddy bears in the background - when I travel, I have to bring my teddy bear with me, as my teddy bear is my best friend, even at age 54 😍😍😍
I was EK Crew and i quit in 2019 I remember on one of my last flights was Dhaka Turnaround, after boarding one passenger asked me for the lavatory i pointed to the lavatory because he didn’t speak english then after giving kids toys i look back and i see him pooping in the aisle next to L3 door and after more passengers came and did the same, this caused flight to be delayed for 2 hours as we had to disembark and cleaning crew had to clean the mess,it was my most horrific flight.
No way! 😮 Why were the crew told to clean the mess if you were still at the gate and cleaners could come? This kind of situation isn’t something YOU should be cleaning. That’s crazy! 🤪
I once flew with a guy who got reported because a pax claimed he (the crew) was flirting with a female crew 😂. Obviously the customer tried to flirt with the girl and had no success so he got jealous of our male colleague (who was actually handsome!)
Some Emirates routes definitely have more demanding customer profiles and it’s difficult to operate such flights, but honestly, every flight is different-it can really depend) Sometimes the flights you expect to be tough end up being a breeze, and the “easy” ones surprise you 😅 Physically, the hardest flights are usually those over 10 hours, especially with departure times around 1-4 am (those are absolute killers!) 🤪
Hii,I saw a video that said, besides the English tests during the interviews here, once approved, there are more English tests in Dubai to prove we are fluent in the language. Is that true?
@@nataliaveronica8756 I’ve never heard of any extra English test, it wouldn’t really make sense since Emirates already spends so much on you (visa, flights, accommodation, welcome pack, etc.) That said, the training is all in English, and it’s not basic, you need to be fluent to keep up and pass the exams. There are quite many tests during Training College, and if you don’t pass, they can send you back. So, I’d definitely recommend brushing up on your English and making sure you’re confident before joining))
Good content, was it common during your time. With Emirates to get disciplined by the company based on passenger complaints or did the company have your back?
If senior crew document every customer complaint during the flight (like issues with seats, meals, etc.), and the complaint is already logged in the system, then typically no further action is needed and you are covered. However, if there’s no report, the company may start investigating, and the crew member might receive a warning based on the complaint. This is especially true if the complaint mentions rudeness or discrimination. Complaints from Gold or Platinum members are also given more attention, increasing the likelihood of a warning. Generally, the company sides with the customer unless they engage in severe misconduct, such as harassment, physical abuse, verbal aggression or dangerous behavior 😬
Your cut-ins (the funny parts) are a LOT louder than the rest of your great video. It kept scaring me because I was doing the dishes and BOOM! I would hear a different voice, very loud. You might want to make the cut-ins parts volume LOWER than the rest of your video so that it doesn't jump scare your listeners.
I actually set them to the same volume as the rest of the video (I checked on Premiere’s volume scale). Maybe they sound louder because my voice is different there, or the vibe is just more chill. Or maybe I missed a few inserts, and they came out a bit louder😅 Anyway, sorry for the jump scare-I’ll keep an eye on it next time 😬🤪

@JetstreamGinger Ground staff said cleaners would need at least 3 hours because they had shortage of staff so purser had to clean it 😅.
