I bought this wallet about two weeks ago. At the beginning wasn't sure because I thought it was going to be bigger than the one that I had which was similar to Ridge wallet and I have to say that I love it, better then I expected.
I called customer service and I think spoke to the owner directly. I wanted to change the color and he went out of his way to help me. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I just received the wallet and it’s fantastic.

Wallet detroys the edges of your credit cards. Don't recommend this wallet.

i disagree with the quality. It has been great for me, however I have not had to use customer service and cannot speak to that
