That was most Excellant! I never tire of your detailed instructions and your amazing results. Do appreciate the sketch drawing first so I can really see what the shapes are. Thank you for your dedication to teaching all of us. From the book I’ve purchased, the brushes ( Fantastic) and Patreon,my endeavors in to this watercolor medium is doable. When I did the advent calendar I thought almost every day, ah no I can’t do that, but I DID do that and it is so lovely to look at. Have a great weekend!
This is lovely and perfect for my monthly art group theme of 'Animals'. I painted the zebra from your book and have the giraffe planned next! I did chuckle at ' a sort of potato shape ' it reminded me of your bee tutorial. I still think ' draw a sort of croissant shape ' every time I do a bee!
You inspire me to have a go at this - and believe that I could turnout bunnies that almost look like bunnies! I’m very new to this, so it’s a bit adventurous!
These are darling! I really like that you describe the shapes as foods...potato, pear. That seems to stick in my head😉. Will work on these this snowy weekend and dream of Spring. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the wonderful way you show us the basics on how to get the shape of the things you paint. That gives me the courage to give it a try! Thank you again!
Harriet, I love your tutorials. So precious. It took me a few tidied but I got the bunnies! I added some other items from one of your books!! Wish I could post it to show you!
Thank you for sharing, my last name is Hare, so cute little bunnies are dear to me. I’m happy I found your channel tonight and joined so I can watching your videos to help support you. Fran
Lovely! I have a suggestion for next month. Have you ever seen the wildflower Columbine. It is a lovely delicate flower. Lots of color combinations but my favorite is the Colorado Blue. A soft purplish blue with cream. Also known as Granny’s Bonnet, are known for their bell-shaped, spurred flowers, which range in color from light pastels to bright reds, yellows, oranges, purples, and bi-colors. The leaves have a lacy appearance. While they look delicate, columbine are very resilient. I would love to see you paint them.
Just found your beautiful Vt. Will be back to watch more. Love the Bunny's 🐰 they are just so cute. You are a wonderful teacher, love the way you explain each part. Have a lovely day everyone. ❤
They're so sweet! and your color combinations are perfect (as always) It's been months since I've been able to settle down and watch another of your videos. I've really missed them. I will give this a try very soon. ps: I love that I can purchase the exact brushes from your etsy now!
I love watching you. I am an award winning long time professional artist. I believe we can always learn from each other. Thank you for getting rid of the music. I deal with migraines almost daily so I have to cc on to mute to watch. I really enjoy your December calendar just a few minutes every day is such a joy as a warm up exercise. I'd love to see you maybe do a seasonal series. I have taught art classes for years as well as judged art shows. My students and people in shows I judged have shared with me how much they appreciate that I actually give constructive feedback kindly. I don't just say ...nice, beautiful. That doesn't help. I do point things that work but also things that maybe could need some work.
@@deWintonPaperCo I am sorry to say I can't afford patronage as much as I would like. Ridiculous small fixed income. I did purchase your book so my small way of supporting you. I watch you on my TV on RUclips so there isn't a way to comment there. I have to go on a computer. I so enjoy watching you.
Harriett, that natural talent to teaching absolutely suits you. The ease of conversation to explain a simple bunny makes my brain explode with ease that I too can paint !!! Lovely work thank you
You can now buy the exact same brushes that I use in my videos in my Etsy store! www.etsy.com/uk/shop/deWintonPaperco
I am amazed at the difference the ArtePro made - I had been using Princeton Heritage and Silver Black Velvet..
