Fun watch! I got to play the Blooded earlier in the week for the first time and one of my take-aways is how sneaky good the Trench Sweeper is. He is surprisingly durable, provides very consistent damage, and works extremely well with the shoot into melee ability.
I am sorry, but where did you get the the shoot into melee ability ? I am reading the book right now and cannot find anything to support this, but maybe I am just blind
@@michalmeszaros no worries! Some of Kill Team wording is pretty dense for some pretty simple ideas. I think a lot of it is how the designers kind of made a mess of line of sight in the core rules and now they have to write other rules around it.
Viable tactic? Lock the enemies best model in combat (with a grunt) then shoot with grenade launcher (blast) to hit said enemy with every shot (by virtue of blast, it doesn't matter who you end up hitting).
i think he may not be worth taking. giving an extra apl, only having a lasgun, etc... isnt that good. you could have either a tankier model or a model that does more damage. rearranging blood tokens seems situational

Ironically best way to use callous disregard works best with a flamer or shotgun since it hits on twos

Phobos Strike Team are my choice from Moroch, but I have it in mind to come back and kitbash something very silly.
