She always looks pretty, I prefer what they did with her after though. She’s so colourful so it goes great with her bubbly personality, and most of the Alternative characters in dr including the beta designs have the characters wearing all these dark colours so it’s refreshing to see a bright colourful alternative girl instead of the typical black, dark red etc look, plus I think her spike earrings are awesome and I’d miss them

@@bananat0fu the reason why those 2 got switch out is because fuyuhiko and nekomaru actually switch their characters in the process of making them. If that didn't happened we would have the name fuyuhiko with nekomaru sprite and the name nekomaru with fuyuhiko sprite.

For Sayaka she was basically the same. She was originally the first design for the game Distrust which was the unreleased first draft of Danganronpa and if you look at the beta designs for her, she’s the exact same. She and Leon were also used as bases and references for the characters in what would become trigger happy havoc which is also why they died off first.
Fun fact (I think I'm not actually sure) in beta v3, Rantaro was originally going to be the mastermind and kill Tsumugi First. I believe it was because she found his diary

Basically Beta Sayaka:
Exactly the same but she has a flower hair pin/ headband, she wears leggings, her uniform is either red/dark green/everything dark blue, her bow is smaller and light blue, her hair is black(?), And her eyes are hazel
(in other versions, she's wearing Kyoko's hair ribbon, Junko and Sayaka are the Kyokos of distrust (oof))

Beta Hiyoko is actually in the game they just recolored her, You will notice that her hair is shorter in chap 3 for some reason.

She was originally planned to be the mastermind of the game hence why her name has Owari, meaning End in japanese. Directly opposing Hajime, his name translating to Beginning. But they scrapped that idea in the end T-T and she ended up less significant than she was
