    This is extremely disrespectful to Memphis by ESPN. Two Memphis highlights compared to over 3 minutes of pure Tennessee highlights when both offenses were very exciting (Memphis arguably had the more impressive Offense). Even though this is the #3 team in the nation, expect a little more class from the likes of ESPN. Unbelievable.
    All in all, Very good game by the two very good teams though, loved watching it live.

    • @satalac

      You want highlights on flops? And if they had the better offense, why did they score less points?

    • @LucidDream
      @LucidDream 5 лет назад

      Could make a video much longer than 3 minutes of Memphis fouling and flopping. Would that make you happy? Because that's about all Memphis really did the whole game. I don't blame them for not wanting to waste their time.

    College coaches have no business putting their hands on opposing players the way Penny did to Jordan Bone at 3:27. Clearly a nice polite shove there as well. You just don’t do that. It’s also totally unacceptable for a college coach to call out opposing players by name the way he did after the game. Not to mention it was his team who started the whole altercation while Bone walked away.
    Always liked Penny but he needs to learn to act like a coach.

    It's a win win for Memphis. They did a good job against the rank 3 team in the nation that beat Gonzaga. They have nothing to hold their heads down about. Penny is doing well coaching this team. Next year I see Memphis ranked top 5 in the nation. You heard it here first.

      @@jamesn8688 you see, every single player he has recruited this year and next (a top 5 class) has been playing organized indoor ball since they were teenagers, both in nationally ranked high school teams and in summer travel leagues against the top talent in the country. They are poised and serious. they have family infrastructure. They make grades and they make curfew. They are actually a bit nerdy. Penny has been mentoring them for years. Some since grade school.

      Hardaway is new to college coaching. But he only won the last three Tennessee AAA state high school championships in a row, while holding a national ranking that whole time. That and he spent several more years in the summer travel leagues with a top ranking, while coaching for and against literally the top tier under 18 talent in the US. Next year he'll have that entire team in tact, all grown up now after 4 years of playing together. That will include the #1 recruit in the country, legitimate 7 footer James Wiseman who he took away from Kentucky along with another 4 star DJ Jeffries who decommited from Kentucky to come to Memphis. So we'll see about those wins.

    • @everybodylovesdee7414

      maaly8111 but his recruiting is gonna be crazy.. any top player out of Memphis will most def sign with Memphis just bc he is there. He has a major impact on that city.
