I’m going through a season of loneliness and boredom. Sometimes I come home with such a sad, empty feeling. I don’t feel connected with many people. Idk if anyone else is going through this? How did you combat it? JazaAllah
I’m sorry you’ve been going through this and it’s great you were able to express yourself. That shows that you’re self aware. I will say start to do things that excite you in your every day life, no matter how mundane or intimidating they seem. Don’t focus on the loneliness or boredom you feel. Focus on fulfilling your excitement. That might mean starting new hobbies that pique your interest or going back to old hobbies. You can decide to create something, you don’t have to be perfect at it. You don’t have to share it. The goal should be to excite you. You’ll notice that as you excite yourself by yourself, you’ll attract like minded people. You can start to build a community and connect with people who see you as your authentic self.
