I think Sir the person in his late 30s still may not realise what is small and what is enough. As he mentioned 3 BHK and all.. And there is no doubt that he is living above his income standard. I'm assuming those are the reasons for which he can't communicate with his parents or the father wants his son to take care, maintain and get out of such situations by his own for the good for the son in future.
I don't think the son is 'entitled'. If you produce children, then they should become your priority and you should give your money to them, because the children never asked to be born. You brought them to this world, so what you have is theirs also. Also, they were not born to work, pay bills and suffer.
Sir coule you make a video on what would be the kind of corpus needed if one wants to move into assisted living or geriatric care from the age of say 65 onwards. What are the type of such facilities available in India and the costs involved on an annual basis
