    Any time I've ever had to recreate a solve I did, even just a few seconds before, I get lost after about the second or third F2L pair.

    • @OlgaFyodorova
      @OlgaFyodorova 3 года назад +12

      This happens less often after your solutions are more standardized. If I remember my cross color, I almost always can reconstruct the solve because I know my habits and which pair I’d go for in every case.

    1. Delegates ask Feliks if they can have an extra solve.
    2. When Alexander Graham Bell invented the telephone, he already had 3 missed calls from Feliks.
    3. Feliks can do A perms using only M and U moves.
    4. Feliks doesn't plus 2, the world is just turned 45 degrees off.
    5. It is said that Feliks's tears are the best cube lube known to man, too bad he never cries.
    6. Feliks sent a letter to Harvard that they have been accepted.
    7. Feliks once missed 2 days of school, they are now known as Saturday and Sunday.
    8. Feliks can see John Cena.
    9. When Feliks crosses the street, the cars look both ways.
    10. GAN is sponsored by Feliks.

    Perhaps I should start investing the time to learn more advanced methods, lol. Beginner method has me content enough for now, even though that means I’m not gonna be any faster than about a minute with the 3x3, but yes quite content with that for now 😁
    Bravo, Felix. You da man! 👏

    • @hapsin5219
      @hapsin5219 2 года назад

      You can actually get sub 60 pretty easily with the beginner method. My avr was 45 seconds or something with it. And my pb was 29 with the beginner method. Now im using cfop and my pb is 17 secs. But i only know half of it. Usually doing 2 look pll/oll. Whatever, when you learn a new thing it'll make you slower until you get used to it. F2L was the hardest thing i've learnt in cubing so far. But now i got used to it and i don't even need to think about what to do. It automaticly comes to your mind. I suggest learning F2L. But it won't be easy. Don't worry about it. You'll get used to it.

      @@hapsin5219 Thank you for sharing. That’s true, any new thing will slow you down until you get more used to it. Still haven’t decided if I’m gonna dedicate any time to learning the more advanced methods, but if I do I will remind myself that it’ll take some time to get really used to and good with it. Appreciate the reminder and advice, again. Thank you 🙂👍

      @@RubiksMe Winter Variation was proposed by Lucas Winter in 2005. It requires all edges to be oriented and the final pair to be connected. If these criteria are met, the algorithms of Winter Variation allow you to insert the last pair in a way that skips OLL.
