hi Laura, i'm from mexico and I like ur channel, recently discovered :) , i don't recommend u madhunter channel for info on toys, cause' here there are some circles of toy collectors that say that madhunter knowledge of vintage toys is doubtful (few years ago happened a situation with a vintage Doublas M2 from the 70's that madhunter said that was a fake figure and later everybody saw that is legit), besides some people that saw him in person thinks that the negociation for a collectible figure with him is not very fair, some people say when he want some figure he negociate with u the cheapest price and not the fair price for example, or a negociation were he can took advantage for example... I recommend u forums of vintage toys or toy collectibles (in spanish) instead, there's a lot on info there, and some youtube channels like juegos juguetes y coleccionables and channels like that, greetings from mexico, have a good night :)

Summer of 2018, I was at Todd Farm flea market in ipswich, MA. A guy was set up that had cleaned out a house in New Hampshire that belonged to a toy maker that had died. He had breath blasters. I had never heard of them, but bought a couple loose and one packaged because they looked cool. Once home, I found out their value while listing them on eBay. I went back the next week. He had sold most (he had had cases of them), but I bought what was left. The following week, he saw me and called me over, saying he had something that might interest me. That was when I bought three of the breath blaster molds.
I saw several Dinosaucers figures a few years ago. If I remember correctly, they were around $50 for 3 or 4 of them and in great condition. Guess it's time to fire up the time machine. I'm an idiot for not buying them
The Breath Blasters was fierce! Had the Garbage Mouth and Dog Breath. I left the Garbage Mouth on a freezer behind the teachers table in the lunch room one day, and they couldn't eat from the smell it was so bad. You didn't even have to squeeze them. I got a call to the principal's office over that little idea. LOL. It was worth it, since they gave it back to me.
I collect a bunch of Godzilla and Neca's recent figures are the best bang for the buck in a long time. Great balance of sculpting, articulation, and packaging for that price.
Speaking of vintage toys, I still have my Fisher Price record player and Fisher Price Tumble Tower from when I was a kid, but they're a little yellow and warped now. Wonder if they'd be worth anything.

Transformers is the main line I collect and I was surprised to find out that vintage KO G1 dinobots are worth more than the legit ones in some cases. I was in a store in Cincinnati last week that had several MISB Dino Riders, a MOC vinyl cape jawa and MISB SW millenium falcon, some sealed original JP stuff including the Command Compound, and carded vintage Thundercats.
I think one of the pricier toy lines I've always wanted to get my hands on is one you actually showed in the beginning of the video, and that is Centurions. I remember being a kid in the early 2000s and watching Boomer Action on Boomerang, and seeing the action figures during that little traditional block they played between commercials. At one point, I got one of the blue guy for FREE, and as I got older and less interested in toys I ended up giving it away. I feel so dumb now lol. Those toys are not cheap.

I have vague memories of the Muscle Mutts, but never got any of them. My holy grail (which I ended up acquiring this year!) is the Nikick MBG-24A from Super Dimensional Century Orguss by Takatoku Toys. It's stupid amounts of rare due to the fact that it was one of the last toys produced by Takatoku Toys (the same company that produced all of the Macross Valkyries before Bandai acquired the molds.) This figure is SO rare that I've only seen 3 on Ebay in the 20 years I was hunting for one.

I do remember seeing The Lord of the Rings toys at Children's Palace, which couldn't give them away at the time, Children's Palace was famous for its bizarre stock rotation so that when they went out of business in the early 1990s, people were buying mint in box Clash of the Titans toys for rock-bottom prices. I was buying Starriors (1984) from there when I was probably 14-15 (1990-91). My major holes in that collection are a number of the Wastors, all of the Rammors, the Destructor Thrashors (repaints that never appeared in the comic), and Runabout. I got the Armored Battle Station for $5. It retailed for $30-40. The most expensive toys that interest me are the rare series of Monster in My Pocket, especially series 3, some of which appear never to have been released and others of which were released only as promotional items.
I do have the 1985 Power of the Force Tatooine Skiff with box which I know was hard to get in North America. And as an Aussie I also have the vinyl cape Jawa (loose) That's about as expensive as my collection goes.
Walking With Dinosaurs ornithocheirus, there's only 5 known to collectors right now and there were probably only 30 made in total. Only 1 has come up on Ebay and it sold for around $400 i think.

Hated dinosaucers. Space dinosaurs with weapons teeth and fangs... No one died. No one got hurt I stopped watching after a few episodes. Went back to ducktales.. Now...when that "movie" premiered on tv when the series launched. It was awesome.

Great vid! My brother and I had a couple of those Lord of the Rings figures. We had Frodo, the Ring Wraith and Frodos horse I believe. I always got a kick out of how Frodos feet looked for some reason, lol. I really feel like Dino-Saucers could have done really well here if given the chance. Awe... I was hoping that 90's toys like the ninja turtles would have been showed. As I have a bunch of 90's toys like batman, gargoyles, ninja turtles that I want to sell on the Vancouver market. Don't have any of these but I have a few notable items in my vintage toy collection that are worth a bit, like a Hollyberry Christmas Sky Dancer NIB that I've actually never seen for sale online! Though it's actually in a different area of my collections where I have some really valuable stuff that might interest someone, which is a collection of items from a highly underrated 90s anime called Saint Tail. The show did rather poorly here in the states so copies of the manga and dvds all had only one print each with less copies as the volume numbers went up, and I've managed to complete both sets. Those themselves are worth a ton, however it's a Japanese toy from the show that's the most valuable item in my collection out of everything I collect- a music box version of one of the character's medallions that looks so pristine it likely was never used. In Japan where it was made it usually goes for over $230, and here in the states I've seen it up to $400. I got lucky and only paid $70 from it from a seller who appeared to just be an importer selling off old deadstock since they had a few of the medallions, though since the show holds such a special place in my heart it's the pride of my collection and would be even outside of its worth. As the box's tape was already cut I sometimes take it out just to wind the key and listen to the melody it plays. ^^
EDIT: when FRODO puts the ring ON, the RINGWRAITH Knickerbocker toy looks close to one of the Wraiths in this twighlight ring realm 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I do have the 1985 Power of the Force Tatooine Skiff with box which I know was hard to get in North America. And as an Aussie I also have the vinyl cape Jawa (loose) That's about as expensive as my collection goes.

Walking With Dinosaurs ornithocheirus, there's only 5 known to collectors right now and there were probably only 30 made in total. Only 1 has come up on Ebay and it sold for around $400 i think.
So the Never Ending Story toys have most characters except Artax. Why? Wasn't he important to the movie? Did you just forget him?
Nice to hear about obscure lines I had never heard of. I collect vintage Kenner Star Wars and had all the big toy lines as a boy ( G.I. Joe, Masters of the Universe, Transformers, Thundercats, Starriors, Robo Force, Secret Wars and of course Star Wars )

Back circa 1993, I remember a commercial for some snail warriors I can't remember the name of. I wonder how much those particular ninja turtle wannabes are worth.
I remember they had president names instead of renaissance artists: Lincoln, Roosevelt, etc. I was only 9 at the time. I can't find any info on them at all.
An expensive toy line is Speclatron, a MOTU knock off line that a had clear glitter filed chests.

Great vid! My brother and I had a couple of those Lord of the Rings figures. We had Frodo, the Ring Wraith and Frodos horse I believe. I always got a kick out of how Frodos feet looked for some reason, lol. I really feel like Dino-Saucers could have done really well here if given the chance. I remember the cartoon being pretty entertaining.
Awe... I was hoping that 90's toys like the ninja turtles would have been showed. As I have a bunch of 90's toys like batman, gargoyles, ninja turtles that I want to sell on the Vancouver market. Like the turtle van in the first screen shot of this video. I want to sell the turtle van and batman's motor cycle.
As a dog lover, I must now own all the Muscle Mutts. Sharks....nah, don't like sharks.

Don't have any of these but I have a few notable items in my vintage toy collection that are worth a bit, like a Hollyberry Christmas Sky Dancer NIB that I've actually never seen for sale online! Though it's actually in a different area of my collections where I have some really valuable stuff that might interest someone, which is a collection of items from a highly underrated 90s anime called Saint Tail. The show did rather poorly here in the states so copies of the manga and dvds all had only one print each with less copies as the volume numbers went up, and I've managed to complete both sets. Those themselves are worth a ton, however it's a Japanese toy from the show that's the most valuable item in my collection out of everything I collect- a music box version of one of the character's medallions that looks so pristine it likely was never used. In Japan where it was made it usually goes for over $230, and here in the states I've seen it up to $400. I got lucky and only paid $70 from it from a seller who appeared to just be an importer selling off old deadstock since they had a few of the medallions, though since the show holds such a special place in my heart it's the pride of my collection and would be even outside of its worth. As the box's tape was already cut I sometimes take it out just to wind the key and listen to the melody it plays. ^^
