Thanks for reminding me that I f**ked a water jiggler
This may be one of my favourite comments ever...
I told my wife I did that as a teen, now everyone we walk by one in a store she cracks up, even if we’re in a group. Oh, puberty....
😂😂😂😂
This sounds awesome!
I'm so glad to see I'm not the only young boy that did that, i feel a little more normal now🤣
Growing up in the 90s was a privilege. We didn't have much. No internet or cellular phones or iPads. Only tmnt mortal kombat and batman toys and only had the sega nes and arcade machines at the mall. While the big kids hog all of them. Saturdays consisted of watching the best cartoons, riding our bikes, having water balloon fights and having sleep overs while staying up to discuss the meaning of life after playing snes games. Simple but life was sweet in the 90s-early 2000s. Dammit I want to go baaaack 😓😥😔😭
Gotta listen to the song by Eddie Money my friend, I WANNA GO BACK! Look it up you will like it and I second that emotion 😂
I was given my Spark in 1979, so we probably have a number of things in common, lol! I still have some of my old toys, too.
@@megatronjenkins2473 awesome mate 👍
I have a way we can go back.
Meet me at the base of the Space Needle November 14th at 3:27am.
Bring : 2 sets of underwear socks and tshirts and one pair of rugged waterproof pants, 1 pair rubber soled sneakers, one light reflective jacket.
Ask no questions 😶
Emmanuelle, me too!! I would give anything to go back, & leave the complete insanity & misery that is 2020, behind!! Idc what anyone says about the '90s! That was my childhood & those were much better times!! We kids definitely didn't have much to worry about, back then.
My fav series! I have a gooey looue...he’s disgusting and never helps around the house
I know the Titanic was a super tragedy. But I still get a huge laugh at the part in the movie when the guy falls off the railing and hits the fan then spins on into the water.
As a kid, my friend and I would just pop in the 2nd tape to laugh at that part.
Can you Imagine all those people in the water too. & when the stern broke apart Coming that heavy big thing coming down on all them. yes it broke apart. But another fact is. it did not come apart until it was completely underwater. The bow was still hanging on by the keel.
I just want to say, that roller blade Barbie came out around the same time as the movie Airborne... one of the greatest movies of all times!!
I came across a box of Savage Mondo Blizters a year back. I should have gotten them. They look like fun!
Nothing is more incredible than you ❤️❤️😉
7:10 I had that exact toy! Whew, what a throwback
StarCom and Z-Bots were awesome. And tiny detaching transforming robot watch! And Punch Poppers? Flywheel car that you rev up and hit a clutch button. And The Animal!
Gooey Louie is a gross game but I love it!
Wow serious memory blast! Thank you Laura for the nostalgia!
As fun as your videos are,I feel it's mainly due to your funny and witty personality. Honestly,it takes a lot to make me laugh, but your videos always manage to give me a chuckle. :)
Is no one mentioning how bizarre the story of the Sister and brother with Rollerblade Barbie is? What a dysfunctional family situation, "Playing Beauty Shop", somehow spray your brother's butt with enough hairspray that you can ignite a fire by rolling this doll across said butt? Not to mention, toys with flint gimmicks (especially back in the good ole 90's) usually required some pressure to cause a spark......
Dude, I was thinking the same thing! I was wondering just what other kind of weird, questionable activities, this brother & sister were engaging in. Totally dysfunctional situation!
Love your videos like always good to see a new one and I agree with you disrespectful is the one of the Titanic transformer and that's saying a lot cuz I love the transformers and I remember the hairy balls thing that's funny
I have the shopper of Toys R us Whaooo What memories! 😢
Aw I actually owned a few of the Savage Mondo figs as a kid. And I laughed way to hard at Challenger Bot....I mean it was a tragedy but I didnt expect that soundbite lol. Maybe scratch that off my list for the next product developing meet at work lol. Great vid as always!
Hey i just bought a Mouldy Locks Hairy Hurler off ebay last june! Its actually the one in the photo you used at 10:28 . I thought the Madballs collection could use a girl. Wonder why they never made a Freakella Madball. Great video!
I remember most of these minus the Titanic toy, lol that was absurd. I do believe I had a Madball or two
As someone who was born in the 90s I had Gooey Louie it was fun lol and I’m sure I saw a titanic bot once at a garage sale. Also hope you, dante and muffin are all well.
Water Wigglers = the Origin of the Fleshlight lol
I remember McDonalds happy meals had a rugrats reptar toy that shot sparks too. Although it did have a casing around its mouth lol
*The Toy Queen's back!!!* 🙌🦖🦄
Luv ya *@Laura Legends* 🌼💛💯
I'd like to nominate Boglins. A rubber toy that looks like the unholy love child of Slimer from the Ghostbusters and Krang from Ninja Turtles
Water snakes had been popular in the I know the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s
I uh.... I still own my Titanic-former... In the basement somewhere. Probably sunk to the bottom of an old toy box... Wasn't a terrible transformer, but something you forgot to mention was the tension propeller attached to it, so you could take the Titanic with you in the bath and have it scoot along the water... I don't 100% remember if I did this, but I have a vague feeling it did not work and the boat capsized more often than not. Which, let's be honest, is fitting.
I may or may not own a replica Heart of the Ocean. I also may or may not own pieces of the Titanic movie set. I may or may not have been a little obsessed with that movie. 😬
Madballz!! All day long! 😆
I had a small triceratops type smaller cheaper Transformer or Go-Bot back in the day that spit sparks out of its mouth when you would roll it. You really had to push down on it to get it to work on carpet and it wore out fast
Great video, I didn't know of most of these.
Please keep this series going, Laura! Oh, & do another 80s toys video, as well.
I had that rollerblade barbie haha I love it
Hey, Laura, love your channel! I was born in 1979 (fuck I'm old), so I actually had a lot of the toys I've seen in your videos. I had Gooey Louie, and the feet from a couple skating Barbies, but I weaponized them for my G.I.Joes, lol! Ultimate M.U.S.C.L.E. figures were all over the house, as 7 year-old me annoyed the piss out of my next-door neighbors' garage sale into selling me a gallon bag of them for $5!
Can't wait for your next video, applause from my mighty Decepticon Army!!!
Didn't have any weird toys myself just lego and gijoe cobra stuff, I did have a few Last Action Heroe figures and some Hook figures kinda 90s weird..
A W E S O M E ! ! !
Love💛🐱💚You!
Stay Safe.
Thanks!
Please make a video about your lord of the rings figures I hade a view of them when I was a child and would like to see them again. I really enjoy your content and peace from Germany ✌️
The titanic bot was released in 1984
miss seeing you, Donte and Muffin,,just not the same,,you didn't have an eyebrow trimming accident did you!? ;-)....
That Jonbenet Ramsey action figure was a little bit tasteless.
I agree that you shouldn't make an action figure out of murder figure but at least this toy was just a likeness and thankfully no kid would know about poor Jonbenet Ramsey
@@elizabethsmith3374 the toy may sctually have come out before the murder occurred
@@velvetaeon2774 that's true too and at least it's better than what came out in the 2010s I think they had a barbie that had a real camcorder in it they had to recall it for obvious reasons
I had the titanic bot lol 😂
Best channel.
The best toys had guns in the 1980s and 1990s
I love your narration. U crack me up!!! So funny xxx
They Had a Gooey Louie at My Wallmart Other Day Also.."
I had Rollerblade Barbie and I ALSO had the Saurod toy from the He-Man movie. He also had the same sparking technology only he "breathed lasers".
he-man.fandom.com/wiki/Saurod
Come on, you don't pick your nose SO hard ....your brain pops out? Hahah
Titanic "transformer" WTF!?....still cant believe they made a Titanic 2 movie, i never saw it but i should check the trailer
Why the hell would they make a Titanic 2?
HOW the hell DO they make a Titanic 2? The boat sank! The End! There IS no more to the story!
What? Is the Titanic going to RISE back up from the depths as a *ghost ship,* or something?
My daughter just asked me what a sex toy was. Guess I need to start wearing headphones.
I love this series I was born in the 2000s so I don't have any experiences with these but I like seeing weird stuff
LoL
I'm so old
All my stuff was weird 😂
I have 2 Titanic-bots! I like to tell people, "this is what really happened," as I transform it for them.
I didn't have any of those toys, I was already in high school by the early 1990's and too focused into my Sega Genesis/Playstation lol but I do remember most of them. Lot of bad ideas made it to the finish line back in the 1990's. What will people think of us 100 years from now?
I'm picturing an adult lighting their cigarette with Barbie's rollerblade.
Or their blunt
I still have that Titanic bot but the motor included inside the toy doesn't work anymore, I got that toy on a Christmas present back in the beginning of the 2000's
Ok.
But.
Is anyone going to mention how bad ass roller blade barbie looks with those bitching sparks?
Because, she does.
Good grief... someone got my dad a Gooey Louie for his birthday many years back because it's his name.... problem is, it's unfortunately my name too, and it drives me nuts to hear my own name used anywhere for some reason. I did play with it, but it kind of offended me. Lol
I had Gooey Louie. My mom thought it was the grossest toy ever. I remember hearing about a cabbage patch kid you could feed and it's mouth moved to eat. It was recalled because girls got their hair stuck in its mouth. Also, some Teletubbies were recalled because adults thought some of the words they said sounded offensive.
Oh, man. My sister had a Po and La La doll growing up. I remember us laughing about hearing “bad words” and even my mother cracked up when she heard what we all thought was profanity.
Thanks for reminding me about those!
I kid you not but my sister had that rollerblade barbie and no joke i tried and see if i could catch something on fire with it lol
I had a mad ball that I glued to the end of May cars antenna that was able to extend up and down, so I could extend it all the way up and easily find my car in a parking lot
I have all the savage mondo blitzers sealed on card. Loved them as a kid of the 90’s.
I had several of them too. They may still be some laying in my parents' attic somewhere.
You should upload a video of them. I'm sure a lot of people would love to see them.
Man, I really loved looking through the JC Penney and Sears catalog during Christmas time in the early 90s. Ahhhh childhood. McClunkey!!
Damn Laura! Back at it again with the awesome weird toy vids!!!! LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!!!!!
I remember the water filled tube things from the early 80's
beat me to it
I remember having one in the 80s too but after a few days it started to leak...
Another amazing great video Laura a big hello & lots love to dontae, & muffins 🙂❤
I remember Stinkor from the He-Man line.... Man, that thing was aweful. :)
the chan chan on a thurs night!!
I was pretty boring with my tous back then. It was all about TMNT and MMPR for me. I fondly remember these commercials but I missed the craze on a lot of these.
I had a “Roller Blade Barbie”. I quickly ditched the doll to just play with the skates.
I tore off the skates and weaponized them for my G.I.Joes and Transformers, lol!
@@megatronjenkins2473 ..... nice. I just ran the skates across any flat surface I could find. I’m pretty sure that I took them to school, and the teacher confiscated them.
That Savage Mondo Blitzers commercial narrated by the legendary Victor Caroli (best known for narrating Transformers episodes and a lot of Hasbro toy commercials) really made my day. He's still active and his photography work is incredible! www.caroliphotoart.com/
lmao! I remember seeing Titanic bot in one of those toy stores in malls that somehow got away with selling nothing but knock-offs and bootlegs, around when the movie came out.
Anybody ever heard of sparking razor jetts heel wheels? They are like rollerdlade Barbie but for actual kids shoes. I found a pair online last year and had to buy them even though I'm post-30... they actually work and are quite well constructed.
I remember most of these, and I know I had a Jibber Jabba. But I didn't know about Hairy Hurlers or the controversy with Rollerblade Barbie.
The way i see this is that the twisted mind of human being turn innocent things like toys into weapons or sexual gadgets.
THANK YOU LAURA..WOW,TOOK ME TILL #8 BEFORE I FIGURED OUT HOW YOU USE SQUISHY TUBE AS A SEX TOY....IM SLOW..LOL...STAY WELL LAURA,YOU ROCK AND I REALLY LIKE THESE STRANGE TOY VIDEOS..
My old bandmate can do a perfect impression of a jibber jabber, and sadly I am always the only one to get the impression. Seriously, how does no one remember that sound!?
I want a Titanic-bot, it looks badass! So does that Tyrannosaurus Ax.
Growing up in the 90s was all about poop, farts, piss, snot, balls and fire.
Yes, so awesome!! Good times, man!!!
Another fun filled, dare I say, educational video. As for having any weird toys back in the day can’t say I did, not like today I’m sure I have a few hiding in the shadows
I was one of the kids who used the water wrigglers in suggestive ways. Even today I can’t help but “wiggle” it and giggle. It was like the shake weight of the 90’s lol but with glitter.
That doll with the camera was REALLY creepy! Like WTF?
We had "Water Wigglers" in the 80s, but we called them "Water Weenies".. LOL
4:27 why didn't I think of that as a kid, and I remember these too, I guess I just wasn't smart enough to put two and two together at that age.
I want a TITANIC-BOT! 🤖 😀
I didn't have those hairy balls when growing up but I have them now
Maybe you can do a thing on how in the 90s it was all about boogers. Even a game called Boggerman A pick and flick adventure. Now why is modern toys all about poop??? Can we go back to the snot please.
Alas the snotty days have gone. . .
Trying to normalize it, so the people online say
Oh my gosh those water snakes were always cool to have but so embarrassing to play with bc no matter how innocent it looked awkward. 🤣
As a child of 89' I remember alot of these.
I miss the 90’s . Even these weird ones. Like jibber jabber
Me too, man!
7:13 I still have her! A bit beat up but still in good shape!
They need to make an iceberg robot for the titanic bot to fight.
I just found one of those roller blade Barbies at goodwill lol
those things you listed as far as I can google, do not have robots made of them, but Titanic , Hindenburg, and the world trade center have been Halloween costumes.
also some of these are similar to other toys with the same concept. Like the skate board ones. And the Barbie roller blades, there was a he-man toy that also shot sparks I wonder if it was dangerous too?
and there are a TON of goose out toys in the children's board games section too.
Hey this toy is a 2020 toy, but I just saw an add for a flamingo that poops in a toilet aside from being disgusting, it raises the question, why a flamingo? and why are all the pooping toys for girls?
Conspiracy theory types say it’s to normalize or attempt to attract kids to “scat fetish”, etc
Don’t ask me ...
Hey Laura! Great hearing from you on here. Hope that all is well with you and yours. I found that Titanic-Bot to be rather odd! It seemed to me that it was just a Transformer rip off! Lol. Your videos have really impressed me as of late. As far as your research and editing goes, your skills are top notch. Very well done as always. Thanks for the upload. Hope that you have a great weekend my lovely friend and be well. Stay safe and above all, lovely and legendary! Take care, doll! Until next time! Btw, I plan to purchase some of your legendary merch sometime soon! I'm sure that down the road, these will be great Collector's items! 🤔😉❤️
My sister & I had a Jibba Jabba. Hey Laura, does it take you a while to edit videos on a weekly basis? I've been trying to do the same but I had to really push myself into late nights to get my video done by Friday.
Should to a comparison of todays weird toys . Don't be so quick to condemn the transformer titanic toy . Remember your own toy shelves are filled with questionable and horrific backstory toys . The squishy thing being banned for resembling sexy toys just remember anything is a sex toy if your imaginative or brave enough.
Gooey Louie gives me mad 90s Vietnam Flashbacks, what a time for toys! Should do a featurette on Stretch Armstrong, another weird toy from history!
Yes, definitely.
I didn't have any of these specific ones, but I did have the Madballs eyeball. I think its name was Oculus Orbus if I remember correctly.
I dunno, "Hindenborg" It's got a ring to it 🤔
I remember most of them especially seeing the ads for them on TV
I had a Different version of Gooey Louie that wasn’t flat and his eyes would pop out
3:31 So basically, what every teen on Instagram is doing.
Yay! 😀
