I read Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s book Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience years ago. The knowledge in this book transformed my goals and way of thinking forever. This album revolves around the idea of Flow, of being “In The Zone,” or “The Moment,” of turning your dreams into reality. I’m looking forward to looking back at the optimal experience of making this album over the last year. It’s been a dream come true to work with some of my favorite musicians creating this music together!
