Very impressed by vanessa as im in my mid fifties and today she said about putting her jacket over a barbed wire fence for her and her daughters to climb over! Wish id had this tip 46 years ago then i wouldnt have have a nasty scar from stitches on my leg.😮We learn something new everyday. Well done Vanessa for this tip, will remember this in future.👏👏
I can relate to dieting etc. And it was part of a much deeper problem for me. Childhood trauma and food was the only thing i could control, i used it to soothe my emotions. I am now in a 12 step programme.
I always feel so sad when I see Vanessa . The make up - hair ( well wig ) - always reminds me of my dead grandmother when I paid my respects at the funeral home .
