I like both but it would be the g17. More rounds, a little lighter, easier to shoot, cheaper rounds.

Both are amazing and dependable tools. Get both if you can, but in less you are going to carry OWB, those are challenging for many folks to carry AIWB or IWB. As you mention both are very good for home defense. I would choose the G21 for that purpose.

I have both a G-17 and a G-21 and shoot extremely well with both but prefer to carry the G-17. Thusly it sees more Range time simply because I like to keep in practice with my carry firearm more than others.

The G21 should be the last glock the G26/23/21 are the only 3 glocks you’ll ever need in life, the G23/21 are also easiest to convert to 9/10mm only if necessary with just complete slide/mags instead of conversion kits use the same ejector, .45/10mm are full size only cals its best to get the G26/G23👑💨🦌🐗🐻can edc both have both calibers covered fit all mags just get tossed a 15rd mid fight last mag 19x/45/17
