Another great looking Hogue! Very cool that they smoothed out the grip portion that interacts with the clip!! Really dig the overall profile of the knife! Always like the way the slightly curved handle feels in hand! Thanks for the fantastic review brother!!
Daily Carry Solutions I was bit anxious. My fault. Lol!! Was deciding over this or the TANTO 5.5. But I think this has some of the best character out of all of them. Just trying to decide if I want to spend that money for something to just sit there. My 226 gets lonely. Lol
oh no worries man! Honestly, and this is just my opinion, while I like to get stuff that looks good and matches, it's worth it to spend money on something that you know you will use. For the price of the Hogue Legion X5, you can buy a Deka and and have money left over for practice/range ammo :) And on BladeHQ they are currently having a sale on some Hogue knives: www.bladehq.com/cat--Hogue-Manual--319

I don't own a 226 but have my P320 and can tell you the X5 pairs well with the best of em!
Nice review. That pocket clip is just a bit angular for jeans. But I it hit me at the end of the video - it works better with slacks that have a slanted pocket instead of the flat area that jeans have. Although, I see this knife as a bit of a bruiser for slacks...
Exactly! way too big for slacks, but angular pockets like on vertx EDC pants may work, although they are slanted at an angle and end with a completely flat bottom... if that makes sense? Just didn't see it working out on 90% of the pockets people will place this in.
