Perfect timing. Timing slipped and I just bought a marketplace head so I could port and build the other one. This is the only thing I haven't checked, because I didn't know.
Thanks man and hope it helps someone not get scammed. I can’t tell you how many cylinder heads I have bought over the years and the other method I use but forgot to mention was the filling up the intake and exhaust ports full of water. It’s a little more accurate at times but this method is works good too.
I’m sure you could but don’t want anyone to get electrocuted so do at your own risk. You can also fill the intake port with water and see if it seeps out by laying the head on the side. It will also tell you what you need to do. Do the same to exhaust side as well
"You can't trust people these days"
You hit right on the target. I don't let anyone touch my 2004 TL except for state inspection.
It’s sad honestly

I think it’s normal for a super small amount to get by the valves because water seeps but it shouldn’t be dripping out the intake or exhaust runners.
Good info. I gotta get out and get the head off my motor n resuface my block. Hopefully itll stay cooler a few more days and i can get to it
Hope all is well brother. Keep up the good work and good luck with the move.

Go to google search and type “k series compression calculator” or if you have whatever engine you have and it will give you a list.
We can do this with heardryer as well?
