    Ive had this from 2013 onwards its quite severe but i can go out if my mother is with me, but def want full back to my independent state !!!

    I saw a guy undoubtedly claiming that agoraphobia is genetic and you are born with it. I feel like that’s just an easy excuse. I have no mental disorders that I know of in my family.

    I got this way from benzo withdrawal. Was fine before that. Does that make a difference?

      I honestly can’t say re medication as thats not within my scope. I would consult with your prescribing physician.

      When I took benzos it made the panic soooooo much worse , they really should only be used once in a blue moon when you can't calm the panic down or it's an emergency
