  • "Water water everywhere but not a drop to drink" a line taken from the 1798 poem "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge ...is a phrase that speaks volumes (no pun intended) for every sailor and power boater.
Regardless of whether you are going out for a leisurely day cruise or planning an extended journey, water ranks right up there with food and fuel to assure human sustainability and comfort while at sea.
Deciding if a water maker is essential to your marine lifestyle or is just a cool piece of technology to have, depends on your budget and practical needs.

Just installed my 12 volt on this past week and it was very straight forward. Due to high winds I had to test in the marina so ruined the 20 micron filter pretty quick but that's to be expected. Price was great and install was easy. Looking forward to using it in practice this summer.

Hi, great video, thank you for sharing. Im about to invest in a water maker and debating if I should go with the Seawater pro DC vs AC model. I was wondering if you're liking your DC model after a year of use? If you were to redo the project, would you choose to invert the AC model instead? Appreciate any thoughts, thank you.
