I love ginger, so when some grew in my yard I was very excited. Turns out it's an ornamental variety and it's roots are useless. But it has these cute, shrimp-shaped flowers that are delicious! They taste like a mix of sweet, baby lettuce and raspberries. I snack on them often. ☺️

meu jardim é um barranco, aqui o barro vive humido, já tentei plantar gengibre e não deu....vejo que sua terra é bem seca....aqui compro gengibre no hortifruti mas é muito fibroso...não é igual ao de voces...../my garden is a ravine, here the clay is always damp, I've tried to plant ginger and it didn't work....I see that your soil is very dry....here I buy ginger in vegetables but it's very fibrous...it's not the same as yours.....

姜去寒暖胃在本草綱目裏有記載，是中華民族老祖宗的古早流傳下來的👍
三蒸三晒是为了让姜和枣的香气彻底溢出，姜片发黄，并且干燥后脆而不硬，更加容易碾压成粉末状。如果直接晒干是非常硬的，研磨过程中姜里面的细丝非常明显，香气也没那么浓烈，生姜更不会是这种褐黄色的。要知道，在中国传统的姜粉制作过程中，通常采用九蒸九晒的方法，阿嬤这次算是“偷工减料”了！
