Maybe im slow but where is the option to change to 4k , i watch from an ipad 10 or my phone 15promax

lol now worries! Just click on the gear, which is the settings button then you click on quality then you click on advanced and then you can change to ultra HD or 4K. For some reason you put videos out in standard 360 or 720.
