Hey your video is good and super informative. I just wanted let you know that in UK there’s a shortage occupation list. It has a number of occupations which are short on the workers or whatever. Psychologists are one of them. All psychology jobs are under SOL list and they help you to stay there and work if your profession/degree comes under SOL. Also, PhD from UK is recognised in India but not for practicing. Only to work in research and industries.
Hello divija, I'm a 12th grade student who's aspiring to become a psychologist. But everyone around me is scaring me of to choose psychology as a career because they say that you won't earn that much being a psychologist. Also, my friends who wanted to become a psychologist at the beginning of the session have changed their decision now because they don't want to risk their career. I'm passionate about psychology and I want to do it but also I feel very demotivated and afraid of the future. Could you please make a video on this regard?
hello priya, i just got done with my second year of pursuing BA psychology (hons.) and bruh don't listen to people. first of all, if you are really passionate about something then u should obviously go for it since you'll perform the best there and eventually the money rolls in as well. secondly, what these NPCs don't tell you is that the job situations in the near future is completely different. people who do an engineering degree end up being jobless for a reason and that's cause the majority of indians go for that and that's where unemployment stems from i.e. lack of job opportunities since the pool is too big. like just cause you have a degree don't mean u have a job too tf. on the other hand, fields like psychology have recently started to grow and have are more likely to get you a stable job in future. for psychology at least, there's a lot of scope outside and even in India in a few years, it is obviously gonna significantly improve. so yeah if u want to pursue psychology, then go for it. stop giving heeds to what these sheeps tell you and do your own research and you'll know for real what's true and what's not. so yeah good luck bye bye
Hey! Thank you so much for providing us with this video, it was really informative. Although I tried to check for Unis in UK which offer MA/MSc in Counselling Psychology and I hardly found any even the Uni of Bath don't offer a course in Counselling Psychology instead it provides MSc in Applied Forensic Psychology with Counselling.
By simply seeing you........ Someone who is suicidal...... Will drop the idea.......... And would like to restart life I m sure...... U r a dream girl....... For many.......
I resonate so much. Currently doing applied linguistics at Oxford, and want to go back to India afterwards because India has barely any applied linguists. Whatever you say here about finances and all that is SO RELATABLE.
Heyyy. Can you please do a video on your Mphil experience? How you get into a college for Mphil, which colleges are decent and things like that? It would be really helpful ❤️ Also, I love your channel 😊
Hi Divija! It'll be of great help if you could answer this: Did you seek BPS accreditation before you applied to universities? Thank you for such and honest and informative video!
This provided a great insight about the opportunities! I got into dept. of psychology snu(korea) I hope I can create awareness about this feild in both the countries!:)
Heyy! This was such a helpful video which showed both the sides of the coinn!!!!! I had a question, is there some sort of stay back option on your visa if you go there for studies?
So your journey berween masters and becoming a counseling psychologist...how were you earning in this field? Like what was that experience? Because once you pass 22+ age, parents expect you to start earning and when you keep studying, they get annoyed and started questioning whether you made a right choice in thiw field or not. (I am sharing my current experience). How did you deal with it or did you even have to deal with it at all?
Can you please help me with the information regarding the conversion course and what are the difficulties that you face if you choose that path. Also If you could help regarding how to get in to teaching jobs after that? Thank you so much i think you express yourself in a very nice way, It almost feels like talking to a friend. PLEASE ANSWER SOON.
Please reply! It wasn't clear when you said that you did your masters twice. So i want to do masters abroad, rn i am in 12th, so can i do masters in clinical psychology abroad?
Mam I am in 9 th and I want to be pycologist and do reasearch about phycology so can I take development phycology plz mam reply me............. By the way you explained us very well mam good
Can i ask you a question? I am bsc psychology graduate i want to work as a clinical psychologist in abroad . Is that ok to do my msc in india and then go abroad?
Hey as you're my senior ofcourse i wanted to ask something I'm actually in class 12 pcb student right now and i selected a course of ba hons psychology for my graduation and i aim to be a clinical psychologist is it worth studying i mean people say psychology is not valued that is why please answer me that would be helpful
Please also make a video on ur experience at amity, nd also I have a query that If you have done ma in clinical psychology how you are counselling psychologist?
Sister, if I want to be a clinical psychologist. How long it will take in UK to study the full course of clinical psychologist? Please please answer. 🥺❤
Thankyou so much for this video!!! Actually please answer this one question I have, I was reading about the course at uni of bath and there was this thing called part time course and full time course, part time was for one year and full time was for two years, what's the difference? Please if anyone knows answer it!
Hi divija ! Great video...I am currently doing my bachelor's in philosophy from Delhi University and minor in psychology at the same time. What do I need to get into a foreign university?
I want to study in abroad, I have done my graduation from Calcutta university this year..will you please tell me what are the scholarship are available & how can I get that..
Depends on how much you get paid. I got like 7ish pounds per hour and there’s a limit to how many hours you can work (you can google this). Some jobs would pay more. My Uni job gave me 10 pounds per hour. Total expenses if you don’t party much or do extra stuff would be around 250-350 depending on the city.
Very informative! Thank you, Divija! I really needed this. I realise finances is a major aspect while studying abroad, however, were you able to travel around the UK (at least a bit)? Also, do you have any idea about other ways am aspirant could fund their masters in the UK? I ask this because - I’m also an only child, and 20L-30L is a significant hole in the pocket. And, how long did it take for you to pay it off, if I may ask? If you find the last question uncomfortable, please don’t answer the last question. I totally understand. 😊 Keep doing it what you’re doing! Good luck to you! 😌 PS: YES to part 2! 🙌
Hey di! God bless you for informing us with such a great content. And I want to ask that if I do any course from university of bath will the university help me get placements?

Hey, I really liked your video. I just want to ask how did you get bps accreditation.
You can apply it through their website which is mentioned in the conditional offer letter you received. You need to upload your certificates.
Hey, Are you joining Bath University?
Also, is it compulsory to take gre exam to take admission in a good university for psychology outside India?
MamaGoat Supremacy! ✨
Ph.D is valid everywhere and India values people Ph.D from abroad
Thank you thank you so much... Can you give little more information about career options or degrees we shall take in field of psychology
Thanks for this video. So, their is not much opportunities in foreign in this field. That's what I take out form this video
