Finally completing this last phase. I am so grateful for this program. After three babies and no information on how to heal my body I’ve finally done it six years later. It took me almost a year to complete but for the first time in six years I’m healed and strong. This program gave me hope and helped me heal and gain strength when I never felt I’d be the same again. Thank you!
I've tried a lot of different programs for diastasis recti and yours is definitely easiest to follow, you've done a great job explaining, very clear, challenging, and I feel safe doing these. Thank you!
Thank you so much! That makes me so happy to know you are enjoying the workouts and seeing results. I will be doing more postpartum workouts after I have my daughter in a few weeks, so stay tuned! ❤️
I LOVE this program! Even as a CPT I had no idea how to exercise my core properly pre and post partum but Lauren Fitter gave me all the tools in her program! I have combined her workouts everyday along with my own full body workouts and cardio and have seen a major improvement in not only my abdomens appearance, but in my mobility and strength to perform other exercises! Thanks so much for this Lauren!! You have inspired me to share with many other pregnant and post partum Mama's to try!
Thank you so much for your kind feedback, Ashley! I’m so happy to hear that you’ve seen improvements in your core-It makes all the work I do worth it!! I’ll also have new postpartum workouts on my channel this fall! Keep up the good work, mama! ❤️
I have never once commented on RUclips but just have to say Thank You! For this program. I finally made it to the last phase. I feel like I'm regaining my body back after two pregnancies. I have seen such a difference in the look of my core/stomach but more importantly I FEEL better! Can't recommend this series enough and I tell all my postpartum mamas about this! Thanks for building this program for us and making it free! ❤
Hi Gretchen! Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and for your kind words! Congrats on making it to the final phase! That is a huge accomplishment, especially with two little ones at home! I am so happy to hear that workouts have helped you feel strong and confident; that is my goal!
Thank you so much Lauren! This is the most effective exercise I’ve ever done! I’m at Phase 4 now and my DR gap has closed from 3-finger knuckle deep to 1 finger! and my abs are rock solid. I honestly can’t thank you enough. Much love from Nigeria.
Thank you so much for sharing your progress; that’s amazing!! I also have more postpartum Ab/core workouts on my playlists for when you finish this program. Keep up the good work! 👏🏻👏🏻

I’m so happy to hear that your DR is healed!! Good work!! I am filming new postpartum content now, including a follow up to these workouts, so stay tuned!
Thank you so much!! I appreciate the kind feedback and am so glad you are enjoying the workouts and seeing results! I would suggest going through any of my other postpartum core/Ab workouts or plans. My “Lose Your Mommy Pooch Plan” is the newest one; it’s 10 workouts. I also have a “Diastasis Recti Repair” plan that is 3 workouts. Additionally, I have a playlist of stand-alone Postpartum Ab/core workouts that would all be great for continue to improve your core strength! ❤
This is best and most effective program I have done in my life!! I never post comments, but this program is amazing! I was having a lot of hip pain and my chiro mentioned strengthening my core. Well, 4 years post partum my diastasis recto is gone and I’m pain free! I can’t thank you enough! (Now I need one that’s called something else to give my husband!)
Thank you for taking the time to comment-it means so much to hear your kind feedback and it keeps me motivated to create new workouts to help mamas! Lol, your husband can definitely still do these workouts but I get that doing a workout for moms isn’t exactly appealing to most men 😆
@@laurenfitterfitness You could literally use the same workouts and call it, work out for low back pain or work out for [insert manly text here] and I could send it to my husband and all my patients with low back pain that really just need stronger abs! You rock!!
I don't ever comment on RUclips. But in this case I'd like to say thank you! I've really profited from the programme. I felt safe and it was just the right speed. This was (and is) my basis for climbing and Yoga, both sports that I was really keen to get back into quickly (after continuing with them almost until birth).
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! I’m so glad to hear that you’ve benefitted from the program. I’m currently postpartum myself and am working on new postpartum core and full body workouts, so stay tuned! ❤️

I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you for sharing your progress with me! Once you’re finished, you can try my other postpartum core workouts to continue to strengthen and define your core. ❤️
Started the program few months ago and I am so grateful to you for them. I'm almost 3 years postpartum and I always had the mommy pooch. These exercises helped me considerably reduce it with a strong core and also closed a small gap which I thought I didn't have a DR! Thank you so much. I now know where to come if I'm having more babies and not wait this long. I'm planning to progress to your other workouts because I'm still not sculpted.

I LOVE all of these videos!! They are so simple and easy to follow and I have definitely noticed results! After I had 3 babies in 5 years, my core has been SO weak, and my diastasis Recti got worse with each one. I love how much stronger my core feels and how much more I am able to do now than I was when I started these workouts a few months ago. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU!!! What do you recommend for continued toning after I finish phase 4? Do you have other videos I can “graduate” to?
Hi Deborah! Thank you so much for the positive feedback! And congrats to you on both your babies and rebuilding your core-it’s hard work but worth it in so many ways! I have a playlist titled “postpartum core workouts” that would all be suitable for you after completing the program. Keep goin with those for a while longer and then once you feel like you’ve mastered those workouts, try my “regular” ab workouts-they are a little more advanced and only worthwhile if your core is healed and functioning properly, so I want to make sure you’re there before pushing you toward my more advanced workouts!
I just completed all phases and I loved this work out so much! My DR is definitely stronger but not fully closed, do you suggest I repeat from phase 1 and do another 12 weeks or do you recommend another program I should do or tie in another work out to do 2 at a time? Thank you so much!!
@@laurenfitterfitness is there another PP ab program aside from this one? Or you’re referring to this one? I can definitely try the DR repair program. Thanks :)
Hi Lauren, THANK YOU SO MUCH for this series! I've really been enjoying working through it and have seen major improvement. I've been working at this for almost a year now, but I have a question. You say all these exercises are safe for diastasis recti.... When I started with phase 1, I had abdominal doming that was about the size of a small loaf of bread. I've always kept my abs pulled in whenever doing your exercises. My bulge is now down to two small vertical ridges either side of my belly button. I notice when doing the exercises, some of them I can do without any bulging, but with others, the bulge appears even when I keep everything pulled in as much as I can. Should I concentrate on only doing the exercises I can perform without any bulging, or should I keep doing them all, knowing that it is improving overall? Thanks for reading this!
Jessica! Thank for you your kind feedback. I’m so happy that you’ve seen results. I’d say that because you have been doing these exercises for a while and are able to maintain good form, keep doing them and whenever you see doming or coning, stop and reset or modify. So you might decrease the time interval and work your way up, or, you can modify the exercise by bending your knee or putting your feet on the floor. Sometimes there can still be diastasis recti, but it can be functional… you may still have a small gap, and that is normal, and your core can be healed and functional with a small gap. So, that may be what you’re experiencing, too. Of course, it is hard to say since I can’t see you in person. I am filming new PP core workouts now, so I’ll have more available on my channel soon for you to try! Hope this advice helps ❤️
@@laurenfitterfitness Thanks so much for the feedback. I'll keep at it and try to work carefully around the doming. Looking forward to the new videos! Thanks again. 🥰
I’ve been doing fase 3 and 4 for weeks now and I’m feeling stronger every time. I’ve got a question though. My core does not relax when my legs are all the way up with the one leg down and two leg down exercises. The tension actually increases trying to take my legs all the way up to the 90 degrees angle. I am wondering why this is so hard for me, maybe doing the exercise wrong?
Hi! It’s normal for this to be hard. Your core is working harder as you extend your legs! You can always take more breaks or decrease the time interval and work your way up to 50 seconds. It may take extra time to master the exercises, but that’s ok!! There’s no rush to move on and you are still getting stronger!❤
