This guy was sooo talented he was performing at only 14 yo...& only started playing the guitar at 11yo!! Clearly VERY TALENTED. Was an INSTANT success!! Talented from the get go. And puts so much emotion into his vocals...incredible! His hit single was "LIE TO ME!" from the start of his professional career. This dude is second to NONE! Yeeaa...JONNY LANG!!👍👍🤘🎉

He's just amazingly
The music is so good
Glad to see Jonny get the recognition he so richly deserves. He is considered a peer by the likes of Clapton, Buddy Guy, Joe Bonnamassa, Samatha Fish, Mayer etc. Those who are just now discovering Jonny are in for years of great music. Enjoy. Vaya con Dios Ya'll
Mega Superstar material!
Just a natural, don’t need schooling, he just has it. Done deal. Some of us music guitar lovers and players have to play years to get there. God Bless you
I'm a gigantic Jonny Lang from day one. Last time I seen him was at a The Experience Hendricks Show in 2019. He stoled the show he's the complete package. Awesome vocalist and my kind of Guitarist.
Come back Johnny Lang ❤❤❤❤
WE NEED YOU MAN!
Well their all great man❤
I only discovered Jonny a few months ago and I'm absolutely hooked! Can't believe it took me so long to find him, been listening to him every day since. AMAZING talent 💕👍👍👍

Man of my dreams! Hes such an amazing talent and has clearly been blessed by the good Lord! WALKING AWAY & STILL RAINING helped me make it thru when my husband of 20 yrs walked out on me & our 2 boys . Thought ! My husband & my future daughter in law died a year & 1/2 ago my youngest son barely survived. I BELIEVE helped carry me to now. I love this guy at any age any brand of guitar! Hes genuine! Thank u Jonny!❤
You want to play like Jonny Lang, Well first you’ve gotta have soul and you just can’t buy that!
Soul is earned!
Lie to me, and Smokin albums can't get enough of 😂😂
Saw this guy at my university many years ago when he was 16. He was amazing then and amazing now. What a talent.
On that GREAT day 😍😍
Hope your voice heals soon
I saw you in AZ and forever a follower. 🎉
Jonny can play da blues
turn around was just INCREDIBLE!!!
I love that he never sold out to mainstream
superb, a man who REALLY LOVES HIS WORK!!! and itt shows.......
I have watched since his first album came out and he still touches my soul
Yea I saw him live on that first album tour in Cincinnati. So young and so good. On one hand you could say its a shame he is not a big star but if you are honest the business does not promote his genre. On the positive side look at him 25 years later still making music and touring. I say job well done. Not everybody has to be a huge star with stupid trophies to live the life. We music lovers love guys like Jonny Lang.
DAMN
That's really all anyone can say about him--DAMN
Boy enjoys his work and not afraid to play rythum guitar. Got soul talent and humility. National treasure. Want see homm live before I die. Lrt me know whete.

Beautiful
He simply is the real deal
Well they say it’s all about the performance. This kid just lets it all hang out. How he never got bigger baffles me.
It’s coming lp freak he’ll rise to higher ground
He's no longer the little 17 year old Platuium seller, but he's still kicking arss! I had the pleasure of video tapping the show some years ago in Tulsa, USA River Parks. Shooting from the edge of the 'front stage' stage in the security area, we got some amazing footage!
Great job Jonny and Band !
Huge talent! Love it. Left without words.
I am honored you still play that telly
Jonny is great but absolutely incredible 20 years ago. He rocked so much more back then.
nope. he was getting better and better through the years. Hope he'll be fine to perform again soon.
just WOW!
Such a major Talent
This kid could play a two by four

That opening track though...amazing! Love the version on Live at the Ryman

Это оно! Мурашки по коже! Бравоо!

Just like the men and wmen that pick em ok❤
Crisp band.
I heard him at Juan-les-Pins in 1999. Great stuff.
Thank you! This is an amazing performance.
I did leave a few of my comments up.
Actually the song A QUITTER NEVER WINS starts at 00:06:00 thanks for sharing the concert!
Jonny Lang without a Telecaster doesn't seem right.
It's still not late here. California. Don't expect me to go away.
Seen him many times...
I bet it was a kick ass show.
good blues..
Wanna hear somethi goo
Love U
Oh, Woah. Oooh. I know this song.
Ernie Halter covers it...
I appreciate him trying.
"mum l want to be a rock star when I grow up"
"..….Well you can't do both son"
SRV , me lembra demais 👏 vc é foda Jonny Lang
I'd say he's a fairly hard rocker.
who does that funky blues like that first song? Love those grooves
Wow, Jonny's playing a Les Paul...that's different, but nice since I'm an LP guy!
1:25:59 🔥
ich war vorgruppe 🦧
I've only got the first album, and now I know that's enough.
Came here for some Blues and ended in Gospel.
Last night I watched Kenny Wayne Shepherd on yt (Leverkusener Jazztage 2017) which was real Blues.
I love Kenny Wayne, but you probably don’t know much about music if you can’t enjoy this concert and appreciate the musicianship. These dudes are otherworldly talented, regardless of what genre of music they’re playing. Oh, and there’s still plenty of rock and blues in this concert. Not sure how you missed that.
@matheking67 Keep being a simple casual listener. Don't try to understand anything too complex. What a boring sound you're chasing, the same over and over and over. Let's hear your music ? Post some I dare you 😂
Is that a cover of "No woman no cry" at 38'? Totally crazy about it.
Came on like gangbusters and then Vanished???? what happened?
Need more like that first song only band I know similar is maroon 5s cd
This man should be much older to play the blues as well as does
I must add he was way better at 16yo but still amazing
In change gonna come takes a lot from Santana and Gil Scott Heron?
I mean in we are all the same.
Love Jonny, but the guitar player on the versus of turn around 🤦🏻♂️ come on man, you’re all up in Jonny’s vocal space with those high pitches matching tones. He wrong for that.
Guess who .
Jonny Lang is great IMO. Nobody knows about him mostly from lack of effective promotion and lets admit it you have to write at least a couple hits. If I were his friend I would suggest upgrading the on stage personna... the jeans and t-shirt looks with the clean cut good looking guy does not cut it for any performer really. He had long hair as a younger man but if he don't like that I get it. At least look like you dressed to impress... Joe Bonamassa is the model here. Dress up and make your band do the same. Its a good thing.
sound mono...
There is not much music here, more nicks, tearing wires, but all in all, due to the soloist, one or two pieces can be listened to.
Another insane person. Such a shame.
Man, ever since I heard the acoustic version of “Lie To Me”......I thought, man that just SUCKS! I hate that version, and really wished he’d stop doing it. It just sucks man. It’s horrible. In fact, quite a few of his songs in my opinion have gotten worse over the years. I don’t know what’s going on with him....but....well....WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO YOU MAN!😢
Oh look. An insane person.
