I think this is more about changing your current enviroment and surroundings so maybe start manifesting that the way its explained in this video. 🤍
Alot of people would change themselves in situations like this, i'd say change your whole scenery. Also, realize that those people are probably very hurt and deeply insecure themselves if someone's skincolor triggers them so bad that they have to bully.
