La vidéo à l'univers visuel empreint d'onirisme relate la tragédie d'un amour impossible. Une belle occasion de se laisser transporter par la poésie et l'authenticité des ballades folk du groupe.
Depuis sa fameuse ballade « Jimmy (2007), le groupe Moriarty a marché dans toutes les directions folk, sans perdre son nord, fait de country et de blues. Jusqu'à se retrouver dans les pas des ancêtres des songwriters des années 1960, les Woody Guthrie et autres Hank Williams. Moriarty les reprend avec fougue et fierté sur ce Fugitives. À noter le duo avec les géniaux Mama Rosin.

I know the Fairport Convention version so well, but this is very beautiful indeed, wonderful imagery to go with the haunting musical arrangement. I can even cope with Lord Donald changing to Lord Daniel :)
