I have used cheat engine found the area of bites that holds the values for first person camera. Then tweaked the values to get that result.

@@Bobek5432 The hardest is to find those bites. You can try to search the net. They look like this => 00 00 80 3F 00 00 0C 42 7B 14 80 41 9A 99 41 C2
