I stayed with the first and second season but after that I got out of watching it I guess because they would stop the show or end it and you'd have to wait till next season starts to watch again by that time I'd gotten uninterested in watching it. But I was also shocked when I heard that Rayne had died. That song that the oldest daughter was singing but broke up on stage, well that was so touching tears weld up in my eyes. So touching and things like that usually don't bother me, but that touched me. For a long time I thought something was wrong with me. Like I wasn't human but that scene told me that I'm still human.
wow i thought for sure she was going to pull threw. i didn't see this coming until she saw her mom. I can't believe this she is main. Feels like i lost a great auntie.
I am balling like somebody I love just died. I can't believe they killed Rayna off. My face is drenched with tears. I'm in complete shock. This is just devastating.
She wanted to leave but why not give her a better storyline so she wasn't dead so she could have been able to come back and not just in a dream i love both Connie and Charles chemistry and love story in the show both are phenomenal actors can play both the bad guy and good guy easily but i really wanted more of them together
Yeah after lying to everyone saying she had no intentions on leaving the show, then turned around and left. I hated that they killed her off, but I wasn’t sad that Connie was gone.
I think she wasn't allowed to give spoilers away. Nonetheless Connie should have stayed until the end. Connie Britton is one of my favorite actresses and I like her in everything I have seen her in. Although Rayna Jaymes was her best role!! Her death broke me!! I was one of the saddest TV moments for me. I started watching Nashville in September 2023 on the FreeVee app. I stopped watching the show after they all recorded the last song on her album and Rayna was shown on the monitor. Nashville without Rayna just felt wrong!!!
Connie Britton wanted to move on. Ratings were declining and ABC cancelled the show, then CMT picked it up. I loved her and Deacon together. It is too sad to watch after she left.
Nashville without Rayna Jaymes was just wrong and I couldn't finish past the episode where they all recorded the last song on her album with Rayna on the monitor!!
I just watched this episode last night for the first time. My body and soul is aching and it’s a tv show. Wow how intense
Connie Britton leaving and Gunnar and Scarlet's final breakup is what tank the show.
Here it is, 2021, and I just watched Season 5: Eps 8, 9, & 10 again. Whew. Crying, big ugly tears. It hit me harder than when they first aired. Woooo.
