That is why i said not to build roads on the same level as the land because of the rain. And people have to learn about the area before they start building houses.
Bor is a Low land Area, through Upper Nile. Government need to think about and all agricultural sectors.
South sudan is swamp land and bor is the centre of it and climate change doesn't help
Very saddening to see, This is the critical time for the govt to act, we need good drainage throughout all south sudan, right now not 10yrs time!
