the differences are very big. the sound set now includes sounds directly from the DTX multi12. Thats huge. Now you can set the sensitivity on the pads. Midi usb so you can connect directly to a DAW. The hand percussion feature works better because of the increased sensitivity. Now you can hook up the KP65 and HH-65 (pro pedals) instead of the included pedals. BIG UPGRADE good luck.
Does it actually have MIDI USB? I didn't see that mentioned anywhere on the website, the press release, or the description from the website i bought it from. Can't wait 'til it gets here on Friday.
My kids play on a DD65 in our living room and while I wouldn't say it's very loud, you can hear it in an adjacent room. Probably wouldn't bother a neighbor in an apartment unless you were playing at all hours. -Dave
hello Ivan / Hello all I have recently bought a DD75 for my daugther who starts playing drums. I have also bought a KU100 pedal to improve the sound of the bass drum.. (as recommended on fr.yamaha.com/fr/products/musical_instruments/entertainment/dd-75/index.html and as seen also on your video here) And..I have got a big problem : I need to push very hard on the pedal to get a sound, eventhough I set the sensivity to 4 (the max level).. I do get a sound, but pushing hard and quick..otherwise nothing.. Have you please a clue as to how to fix my problem ? Thanks in advance
In the video he says kp65, but if you google search youll see that the pedal he's using in this video is the ku100. Not sure why he says kp65, makes me nervous.

This guy seems drunk/tired/ or really nervous? Maybe tired because I know NAMM is crazy-busy. Anyway, this DD 75 looks and sounds great.
doesn't sound like its picking up any ghost notes or alot of them...
Pour l'instant pas moyen de l'acheter nul part... Out of stock. Disponibilité vers le 30 juin.
