@@mimiz7937 I like how you 'ass u me' it was reckless driving. I just watched a 911 incident to which a person had hit a deer the night before and as you know Anne hit a garage just before this incident.
The woman's accelerator was stuck & being on the hwy, she called 911. Her car was hitting speeds of 90 mph and increasing. No matter what she tried, she could not slow the car down. Applying brakes did not work, emergency brake did not work & she was freaking out bc as you know, newer cars don't require a key to control ignition. She frantically pushed in the ignition, to stop the car but it would not work. The car kept on accelerating! She even tried to put the gear into neutral, but it would not go into a neutral position.
It kept accelerating to the point she was going over 120 mph! She crossed states, luckily she was on the hwy.
Anne was unfortunately on a residential street. You can hear her trying to apply the brakes.
Can you imagine the horror that she faced?!
One day that could happen to you. You will die & people will accuse you of being reckless when you could not control the situation. I hope you will be able to RIP.
This is really a sad tragedy.I pray for her children,spouse,family and friends.

I like how the dispatcher asked if he can approach safely. Its always safety first. If a rescuer is not safe, theres nothing that can be down at that point, you will just make more victims

And if she had smoke inhalation, why wouldn't they have her on oxygen when they brought her out on a gurney instead of wrapped in a body bag.

Anne was t unconscious when she was put in a body bag and was being wheeled by fire fighters onto a mortuary wagon - she UNZIPPED the body bag, sat up on the stretcher and wasnt even on oxygen - so what hospital machine did she 'need' to be quickly turned off, and why so soon?🤔

Stop trying to blame everyone except for the person who is really at fault… Anne could have killed a person and her animals and is responsible for that person now being homeless.
I watched a thing with Dr Drew the other day he said there was every possibility because she had fentanyl in her system that she could have been passed out when car hit building so its possible her foot was on accelerator and not aware how hard she pressing on it
I also want to know exactly what was in her system..how much cocaine..traces, and the fentynal, ..was that given to her in the hospital?

The sound of the car before the crash seemed like engine problem and brake pad probably stuck and obviously couldn’t stop. So sad and scary . Praying for her children and rest of family.🙏❤️🙏
But she left the scene of an accident just prior , willfully put her vehicle in reverse and left without taking responsibility for damaging someone else's property. No vehicle problems there.

When the man had called whatever RESCUE number, and had their conversation.... and the dispatcher asked if SHE (the person in the car)..... 'fire fighters' were already on the smoking roof and the street was already PACKED by all those vehicles of the 'Fire Brigade' and a picture was made when she was in the car, pink tank top and leaning forward to the right answering a person... u can see a glimpse of the red wig on the floor... no fire or flames or smoke in the car, her blonde hair just like she had it in former pictures... no this stinks to a CRIME.... a true set up I think it is

I read an article that stated a man that lives 5 doors down from the accident opened the back door of Anne's car and tried talking to her. He asked if she was ok. She said no. He asked if she could move. Again she said no. He said she was also moaning in pain. The smoke & flames got to be too much for him & he had to exit the vehicle or he would have been injured.

Mini Cooper uses a wireless e accelerator pedal and they have a high failure rate, other mini coopers have accelerator pedal issues, there's no way she could have controlled this car if that was the issue. Vehicle should be checked.

I thought this too when it first happened but she was speeding in the alleyway and if car failure she went some way before crashing or calling for help. I still think the car may have been faulty. Everybody quick to jump on the drugs but if she was a user then she would have a tolerance and still be high functioning so Im thinking thecar should be forensically investigated for faulty brakes or accelerator. All very sad. RIP Anne.

I cant believe the absurdity of some of these comments.
Im a nurse and can tell you she was badly injured in that fire. She broke her sternum on the steering wheel . The force of that would impact onto the heart causing cardiac arrhythmias not to mention pulmonary contusions. Both serious conditions in their own right. Add to that 65 mins of breathing HOT TOXIC fumes and she cooked her lungs and airway and replaced oxygen with inhalational poisons, including cyanide, formaldehyde and carbon monoxide ( to name just a few of the gases) which displaces the oxygen in the blood and after 65 mins her brain was catastrophically damaged and irreparable after 4mins exposure alone. Her skin would be suffering third degree burns and if even 40 % of her body was burned, ( and given the time in that car i reckon it was a lot more) according to the R-Baux burn scale she had a 100% death rate. She was a goner from the burns alone. She was wrapped in a burn blanket to keep debris off her skin as it would pose an open source of infection . She sat up possibly because she didnt know what she was doing due to brain injury. Reports from witnesses said she was screaming- I would be too if it was me with all that I'd gone through in those 65 mins, as I'm sure you would be too. She probably had other injuries. As for the narcotics she may have taken them prior to the accident but if a long term user they are pretty tolerant and high functioning so capable of driving a car. However the narcotics could have been administered by medical personnel given the severity of her injuries. We will never know as the police are not going forward with the investigation. Street drugs have a different chemical fingerprint to medical grade narcotics so doing a chemical composition of the drugs in her system could've answered that question as well as her medical records.
There's also another component to this tragedy and that's the car. Could it have been faulty with a stuck accelerator of failed brakes. We may never know all the answers to these questions but how about we show some humanity and give Anne a break. She had a horrific death and one you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy.
RIP Anne Heche. Condolences to her young sons, family and friends.

So the 911 caller was asked is the person in the car is going to be ok? he says 'it sounds like who ever is trapped inside the car is going to be OK. Then they ask can you find out if the patient is awake he said yup so Anne was awake, sounds like the first report that Anne was in stable condition is accurate. Because i did see her unwrap herself from underneath the sheet. So how did she go from that ,to suddenly not going to make it?🤔 (2 report said.) Anne is in a coma and then they pulled the plug and she 's gone. Something isn't right.

She must have inhaled a lot of smoke. Or have internal bleeding. You never know. Just because she was concious and talking right after the accident doesn't mean nothing was harmed internally

I just wanted to come on here to please ask to let this woman rest in peace and PLEASE let her Children mourn her without people pointing fingers, you are only hurting her Family who had nothing to do with it. @@MegKampen There were drugs, cocaine to be exact in her system and at the scene of the first accident there was an open bottle of vodka in between the front seats. But leaving the scene of any accident usually means the driver is most likely culpable in some fashion.

Married at 16 and were blessed with (3) Children and (6) Grandchildren. 34yrs wonderful years together were not nearly enough. But what good would it be to continue to attack a woman who is already gone?? Before she passed I had plenty to say but at this point the only persons who hurt are her Children and they have already lost her, so who needs to hear more about it..... as a Retired Nurse who was married to a Police Officer I've seen and heard alot regarding drinking, drugging together with driving, more than my heart can hold at times but you have to take care of the ones that survive and take into consideration their feelings and needs. So please consider that, no need to question my thoughts, when My Man's Ashes rest on His side of the bed and not in it next to me❤💔❤

Anne went to a store immediately before that accident and the storekeeper recognized her, she was in there for quite some time choosing/buying a wig and was intent to buy it regardless of it's condition - *was she hiding from someone?*
The storekeeper confirms there was NOTHING significant whilst she was in his store, and she got close to him to take a photo - so NO drugs and NO alcohol
The 'human trafficking' movie that Anne was involved in was apparently linked to Epstein - so might someone have not been too happy Anne was exposing what happened to those kids? @@struwigm1 - NO! It was a white sheet. I read an article that stated burn victims are sometimes wrapped in a white sterile sheet soaked with a sterile fluid to help cool the burns until the patient can be transported to the hospital. She was not in a body bag. 🙄

We don't know that it was intentional on her part. I don't think so. She had drugs in her system and she was driving wrecklessly because o it.

That whole scene is really odd. I mean if i seen someone crash a car like that? I am not going to stay on the so phone with some idiot operator. I am going to be saving. Everyone is way to mellow. And as then u all get the same ole type of reports oh about hers. 99.9% of us mentally ill people here don't get violent in this way against so others or ourselves. There are so many things that don't add up. In this murder.

I feel everything about this car crash is pure hollyweird…and not investigated throughly.Where were the cops ? Where were the EMTs?Why wasn’t she intubated before swelling? Why no oxygen ,no iv to prevent shock,no ambulance,no burn blanket,put in a plastic looking zippered bag,upper body not restrained,NO GLOVES ON RESCUERS… This rescue is suspect with all the unprofessional emergency medical help .was the car looked into for possible mechanical failure or deadly tampering.
I still think this thing so soo bazaar. The 911 operator is asking the man who called if he can get Anne out, then the fire truck arrives and the man saw the firemen and don't you know he told them someone was trapped in the car...... they didn't try to save her. She was trapped in that damn car for an hour!!

That's the worst 911 call I've ever heard. That guy had no info on what was happening & should have handed his phone off to somebody that actually knew what was going on. 🙄

@@dcc-randomstorieswithmel7424 - There were other people on the scene that got there before the fire got too out of hand. The neighbor who lives 5 doors down from the crash was actually able to open the back door of Anne's car and talk to her but the smoke/fire got to be too much before he could help her out. He said she was conscious at the time, but moaning in pain. They are the ones that should have called 911 unless they did and that recording wasn't played.
