I had actually made cool ranch chips following your Doritos Locos video. They were obviously awesome and this is a great reminder to make them again. I haven't tried Sazon or nacho chips before though so I'm stoked to try it if I can find it!
My girlfriend is vegan and that's how I found out Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos are not only vegan but also the best Dorito. I'm also a fan of the Mr. Show shoutout.
To save a lot of time I would just buy the plain salted Doritos and leave out the salt in the seasoning. Simply pour the seasoning into the bag and ‘shake it like a salt shaker’🧀🧀✌🏻
Totally! I've never seen those chips, and personally, I like the texture of freshly fried chips too, and I think they are better as nachos too! But I'm also a fan of shortcuts :)

SAZON -use in many Latin recipes 1T ea coriander, cumin, garlic powder 1T ground anatto seeds (achiote) or turmeric 1T kosher salt 2t oregano 1t ground black pepper Mix together, 1 1/2t of this mix equals one commercial packet.
It's been so long since I've had one, but they are super good and cheesy, so it's hard to compare. My non-vegan neighbor said they tasted like doritos but with more zap, so that's why I was saying to add less lactic acid.
