Everything you said about these is spot on! I love these so much I bought a second pair (the navy blue ones) These held up in a freezing rain & hail for 3 hours straight.
Loved each descriptive details on each part of the bib, from material, stitching, and reflective used. Finally the display of it on human body gives it style. Review well done, Thank you!
@@Veloharmony Yes, that was what I discovered too. I have read that some people find them longer then other bib tights. You being very experienced with cycling kit, did you happen to find that the case too?
They work well for me because I have very long legs, so I prefer their lengths. I especially like their bib shorts which are offered in longer length for tall riders versus the other vendors. They have become my number one cycling brand of preference, simply because their stuff just work and it's clear that it's made by cyclists for cyclists.
@@Veloharmony That's great information thank you. I totally agree that their kit superb. One thing I've learn about in cycling, at times you get what you pay for. When it comes to cycling kit there are only a couple of brands that I invest my dollars into as I want the best for me and my money. Rapha is one of those companies.
Tried all the top end brands and Rapha are a level higher for comfort and fit. I do have a pair of core bibs which are great but all the pro stuff is next level. Not cheap but your butt will thank you.
Jefferey is correct. They're Castelli Men's Endurance 2 Bibshort Black - 2X-Large. You may be able to find them at some vendors but Castelli has discontinued production.
Thanks for the informative review! I can see how the high cut front of the Rapha bibtights provides protection and warmth but what about nature breaks? Is the material stretchy enough in your experience?
One reason I have fallen in love with the the Rapha brand is because it is designed, used and the company is run by cyclists. So a resounding Yes to your query, there are absolutely no issues with nature breaks at all. Rapha bibs are the ones I reach for on my longest rides. I have Assos, Castelli, etc., but Rapha really works best. I buy all my Rapha stuff with my own money, we are not sponsored by them. They just make cycling gear that work.
@@Veloharmony Excellent! I’ll give these a try then. Usually I buy Assos for bibshorts/tights but I wanted to try something with a different style. As you probably know, Assos are cut particularly low at the front and that’s why I was unsure if there would be problems with the taller front of the Rapha tights. Good to hear that there’s no problem at all. Thanks!
You're welcome. If you like Assos, you will love the Rapha Pro Team. I like the Pro Team versus the Core or the Classic because they fit like cycling gear is supposed to. Here is a video I made on how to size your cycling bibs, if you need suggestions on sizing: ruclips.net/video/xw-siUlIeoA/видео.html
@@Veloharmony Just a Quick note to let you know that I found the video you’ve linked to, and also another of your videos which specifically covers shorts and tights sizing, very helpful! I also quite like your other product reviews. They’re insightful and point out strengths, qualities and sometimes weaknesses of the reviewed items without just repeating the marketing blurb. Also the way you present fabrics to the camera by loading pockets, turning garments inside out and/or scratching the surface helps me (the viewer) understand what the garment would feel like. I’d like to see more of that.

Because of your Rapha reviews all my kits are now Rapha. I’ve been riding Rapha for 6 years now . Again thank you !!!
You’re welcome. They’re my favorite
This is the most comprehensive description of a a pair of tights I've found. Thank you

Thank you so much my brother!
Just ordered! This video makes me want to get out on the road, though it's -10C here in Poland.
Glad you like the video Evan. -10C is pretty cold. Once it drops below freezing, you really have to layer.
@Evan D. Zamówiłeś ? Jak oceniasz jakość ? Zadowolony ? Jaki wzrost waga i rozmiar ? Z góry dziękuję za odpowiedź ;) !
How tall are you and what size are you wearing in this video? Great content and awesome in depth review!
6'2" Size XL
And weight?
Hello .... I was wondering what if you were able to comment on the inseam length? Thank you!
Rapha does not provide inseam lengths for any of their bibs. They are sized by your waist and your hips.

I agree. No point buying stuff that doesn't work as well. Been there...done that. I'm very selective on what I purchase.
Hi,
Do you prefer this Rapha bib or the Castelli Sorpasso RoS?
Thank you
I prefer Rapha's Pro Team Bibs versus the Castelli Sorpasso. The are warmer by far and more durable.
@@Veloharmony have you ever tryed X-bionic bib? Do you now if Rapha is better than X-Bionic?
Thank you :)
No.

That has been my experience.
The Castelli shorts that you're wearing is what model?
They're discontinued. The closest you'll get is the Competizione.

Thank you really good video! Is this product unisex from Rapha?
No Karen. Rapha has specific lines for women in each category.
i dont like tights i just wear leg warmers even in 40 degress im usually fine
Leg warmers are an option for riding in cold weather. Paired with thermal shorts, they work very well in cold weather.
