Hey Alex, I'm not a coach but peaked immo 3 and noticed a few things as a flex player. I might not be the most valid person to be spouting out information but I thought it would help :>
To me on Reyna you commonly used your dismiss too early, meaning you found next-to no value or died (brim ult 5:49 and other instances in that game). When you have a soul orb available you can basically play like a phoenix ult and hyper aggro anyone within three seconds for info or a pick since you have a get out of jail free card. I also notice that leer is not commonly used, shown at 4:22 on Abyss. To me, you should flood out after the Skye flash with your leer (you are the duelist, after all) and be first to enter the site. You can even see Skye waits behind the box with the flash in hand waiting for you to make the first move, which ends up with an awkward positioning when you contact Phoenix in nest. You guys got lucky that the Phoenix didn't hit his shots, because that would've been an extremely easy spray transfer had he not panicked.
On Jett, as you pointed out at 8:43 you're just coming out of your Jett smoke and trying to take a random fight. The problem with this is not only do you not have an advantage, you're actually at a DISadvantage, since the opponents are looking at your smoke. My advice is to just slow the pace down and STAY INSIDE your smoke for a little longer, if needed pop another one so you can look at the minimap and know where to pre aim. This also creates another advantage for you because now the opponents have more pressure and need to focus on BOTH you AND your teammates flooding out of the choke. You are a nuisance in this situation with Jett, and creating tons of space because the enemies have two choices: back out and play retake, or die. This is your job.

it’s true, i used to main sentinel agents cause i liked self sufficient agents but i was scared of bottom fragging if i used duelist, so i focused on my utility so much my headshot percentage and kda was very low ( 14%-19%hs and 0.9kd), but i lost too many games, so i took the risk and instalock phoenix every match and my kd and hs percentage got way higher ( 22%-48% , 1.5kd) and i won way more games so i overcame the fear of bot frag duelist

For most players chalange is to entry with duelist or play with another type of agents.
How I always see this is that if you have a good mindset and you play with people that make you feel good you usually win more games. I see a lot of my friends tilt real easily after they die once which makes it hard for them to rank up
Your mindset does help but it doesn't affect the people you queue up with, yes you can be positive and change their mindset, but if they're ass a mindset won't help that

fr bro duelist is so easy and yet most instalock duelist manage to fck it up. when im playing duelist i win most of the time like 80-90% but it gets boring. and i feel confident with my aim for some reason when i play duelist and im hitting all shots. when im playing smoke or sentinels i still play like a duelist but im getting 1 tapped or getting crouch sprayed

I've mained duelist(and still do), and more recently started to also play senti for some more flexibility, and for me, even tho ik most of the time, i can do really well on duelist i still dont instalock out of fear that i will have a bad game(even if just before i would have had a good one) and when i'm performing below average i start making arguements in my head IF my teamates would start flaming me💀 maybe that lack of confidence is why I've been stuck diamond for like a year
